It means u will work mostly 4shifts a week, which isn't bad but if u feel u can't cope u can drop to 36 or 42hrs

Hi. Can you ask for your leave at any time or you would have to work for a particular amount of time before you qualify for it. Also how many months notice do you need to give before going on leave

Leave is calculated from April to end of March the next Yr, u can take it anytime but mostly give like a month or two notice
