Oh, they are! Your vids have just concreted that need! My one riding buddy jumped the gun and got his KTM 1190 Adventure R. I can't afford such a thing this year....dang adulting. Mike must buy a house and furnish said house this year....so...must truck the WR down the old fashioned way...
Gosh you guys. I am picking up my bike tomorrow. It is 63 and sunny today. I want to go riding so bad so I will be informing my boss that this work thing is interfering with my social life! Hahaha. Hope to see you folks out and about.
Great stuff my friend, Love this area, I need to come back out and ride around here, I think I could spend a months vacation in your state and still not even scratch the surface of what a guy has available to ride. Thanks for sharing my friend and have a blessed week.
I really like all of your videos. Im a off road dual sport freak. Also located in Colorado, beautiful state. Maybe you can include a trail map of your routes. Thanks for your videos.
I'm with Tyler you can take a Prius up there. Like I said before I took an old Toyota Tercel up there in the in 90s. What camera where you and Hermit using? Noticeable difference in color.
Basically a heavily modified ford platform, cougars/mustangs, that were manufactured in Maryland and New York. They used to have a shop near my mom's house in Cambridge, Maryland. Seems really odd to build such an over the top luxury car out of a factory ford rather that a custom build from the ground up. To each their own i guess.
Let's see, we had Tyler on Hermit's WR250R, Hermit on Hermit's XR250, Me on my DRZ400 and Stacey on her XT225. The answer to your question is very subjective. For me, I would hate this ride on a WR250R as it's not powerful enough to haul my big self at high elevation. Well, it will haul me, but the fun factor would be very low. So, for a 190lb guy like Hermit the story might be completely different. Get what I'm saying? It's all about the bike that fits you and your riding.
It seems like your color filter may be a bit off, you can really tell when you change cameras, yours looks vary orangy, takes a lot of the green and blue out for some reason. great vid thanks :)
Awesome video. I will be there this summer.
Nice man! You are going to love it.
That area is one of my favorites to ride
It's beautiful isn't it?
Que de très bon souvenirs en septembre 2016 ,paysages magnifique
Je vous remercie! Oui, cette région est très belle.
(12:50) The uphill vehicles generally have right-of-way.
Thanks....this has def made the list.
Oh yeah, all of Ouray and Silverton trails should be on the list.

That had to be the slowest I have ever seen that trail done lol but nice you guys had fun !!
And just think, we were passing Jeeps like they were standing still.
Nice Ride!
Thank you sir!
This makes my KLX itchy to get out.
Heck yeah! I just got some good winter hold over riding in and I feel so much better. I'm sure I'll be back to the can't ride blues in a few days.

Hahaha! I know that exact feeling. To bad the only dirt we can ride right now is out on the plains.
That was beautiful. I'm so jealous of where you guys get to ride.
same answer I type over and over to same comment.
Beautifull area, gotta get back there sometime! Thanks for sharing!
Any time! Thanks

I've been here for almost 5 years and I still feel like I haven't found half of the riding there is to do here! Thanks brother!
Technology is great for group rides! Beautiful views as usual 😀 Looking forward to the day we make it there.
Thanks man!
That is such an amazing area! You guys were lucky - there was hardly any traffic!
Yeah I bet! It was late in the season though so that is probably why.
I would love to ride that area someday. Loving this series!!!
Thanks Rick! Much more to come brother.
I'd love to own an Africa Twin. That would be the perfect balance of on and off -road ability.
Yes sir! I will have the AT up there as soon as the snow melts off.
It always makes me a bit uneasy when Hermit stays quiet...
Man that is a beautiful place.. can't wait to get back there!
Me either man! I'll be up there with the AT as soon as the snow melts off.
He never did tell us what was bothering him.

ColoradoDualSport Hey, where have you. been? I'm watching old episodes.
Isn't Cruella Deville's car a Zimmer Motor Car?
LOL! Honestly I have no idea.

Should have a Prius challenge...hmmmmm?
LMAO! We'll just get a helicopter to pull them off the Mt when they die.
Do y'all have a video that describes your camera, audio for camera & radio (SENA?) set up?
I do, but it's a bit out dated. I don't mount my camera under the visor anymore, now I mount it on top. Let me find the link, one sec.
Here you go th-cam.com/video/wZ0IhnIFQXk/w-d-xo.html
When I look at this I think about those fellas who blows the Alphorn in the Swiss alps. Stay safe
What bike is everyone on? How would a WR250R do in comparison to the DRZ 400 on this trail?

Hermit was awful quiet?
Yeah, he wouldn't tell us why either.
He was still traumatized by the man hug he got earlier in the day.
Somebody pays attention.
