Another good one guys lmk if u get near Washington nc great lil town everything accessible from docks great shower house and laundry at the dock ..fair winds and following seas captains
We love Washington but we didn't stop there, we have passed it now. On our patreon you can see a post where we did some work on Shelly at TJ's boatyard in Belhaven
No you didn't miss a video, we never made one for them. We were on the move and had to throw them up real quick. We're planning to make a better "solar arch" in the future because it's all wobbly now so we will cover the solar panels then probably
Well you're looking good out there. Professional sailors living the life! If you'll get a million subscribers. I hope you don't forget about us Little people.:-) Now for some serious business:-) I know you love the anchor chain. But you're working yourself to death. I put happy fifteen foot Chain on my anchor. Then I have a 200 foot rope tied To Anchor chain. And then Dead manit to the Boat. You can use 5/8s or 3/4 Three strand Nylon anchor rope. It is so much easier on the hands. I also throw the anchor out while I am still coasting. And let the rope play to where I want it, Then Tie it off. When the anchor grabs it usually pulls the boat around. Then you know it's set good! That's how a Old fool makes it easy.:-) Also rethink the auto pilot arm. From what I could see. It's at a terrible Angle. And in a bind struggling. Happy anniversary. Looks like you had a really good year. Watch out for low flying drones. And a happy new year!
Hey Nolan! I don't think we could ever forget you. Yeah I'm not sure about the autopilot, I think I need to recalibrate it or something. Hopefully we dont have to change something too much
We usually have a 10-1 scope if the space allows it, it's not too bad pulling up the extra chain to give us some peace of mind. We figure it's easier to put it out in the beginning than to try and let some out when it gets nasty. It's not doing anything sitting in the chain locker! Thank you for your comment though, maybe we're just timid because we're new. We've just been caught out a few times, and learned this is how we like to anchor
Loved the video ❣️. Glad you've got the Patreon going! 🥰
So glad you liked it! Hopefully people will like the extra stuff over there. Just posting some behind the scenes stuff for now
Awesome video as usual guys! So exciting to be getting south to sand and out of all that mud 😅 (and hopefully to warmer weather!)
We're hoping for warmth soon!
I loved the Christmas decorations! I hope you're getting closer to warmer weather. Great video and "Stay Slow"
We're hoping to be in the warm very very soon!

Great video! Watching you be cold has me nervous to get out and start moving again after Christmas. Huddled under our electric blanket tonight. 😅
I think between the electric blanket and the enclosure you should be good to go! How much power does that blanket draw? That sounds nice
Good choices. Wonderful video!
🫵 😄
Thanks Daniel

There’s nowhere in the bay that requires 150’ of chain. You’re just making things harder
