    Here's the video that covers my 1lb meat, 4 eggs, 1-2 cups dairy rule. It goes more in depth as to the "why" behind it and explains if you should be having even more food than that! Have a joy-filled day my friends :) th-cam.com/video/HMNPebaDyUg/w-d-xo.html

      Yes I have recently developed SIBO and Thrush and it's caused me to go on a crazy journey from veggies, to keto, to carnivore and all of it leads me to the stomach acidity levels and good gut bacteria which the Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother load of good gut bacteria and ascetic acid will solve! I have also looked into Oregano tea/Oil and it's been shown to be very very effective at deleting 25 bacterial species including Candida due to it's crazy anti-bacterial and anti-fungal effects.

    A 74yo female who had children near age 40, gained some weight after menopause, I can attest to stomach vacuums! After having had two children, I lost the weight but not my stomach pooch :( After menopause, I was not happy with how my middle looked ... until VACUUMS! I do them laying on my back cause I get even more intensity. I'm 7 4 years old and my tummy area has lifted back to where it was before my children. The tightening is like a miracle! So glad that you're promoting them! I lift weights three times a week, walk long distance four times a week, and walk a mile after dinner every night. I eat about 100 grams of protein a day, close to that in fat (maybe 90), and about 50 grams of carbs. Love your videos. Ladies, do your vacuums!!!

      this is absolutely the truth. I had my first daughter at age 27. I ended up with a bladder prolapse NO ONE TALKS ABOUT THIS. NO ONE. I did kegels and pelvic floor physical therapy for two years. got pregnant again, gave birth. still had the same issues. found out about hypopressives and it's already reversing. they tell you prolapse (which also happens a lot after menopause) isn't treatable without surgery. but that's a lie

    Got to be careful with the ACV and lemon juice because of the way it softens the enamel on teeth, which can make them much more susceptible to intrusion by decay causing bacteria and staining.

    The flavored LMNT has maltdextrin in small amounts. 250-550 mg

      Yup, some Redmond Sea Salt serves me better bc of the unnecessary junk in LMNT & the flavored ones immediately trigger sugar cravings for me. 🙄

      @@deniselogan2733 True. I don’t have Redmond salt ,so I add Himalayan pink salt and Low sodium salt(for potassium) to my water. It has helped me so much during my fasts.

    I usually do 1 lb of meat, 3 eggs, 1 slice of cheese, several cups of light roast coffee with a tablespoonful of cream, and a Ceasar salad without the croutons if I'm still hungry. Sometimes I'll throw an avocado or sour cream in as a topping for one of the meat meals. Go the gym and checking out the phone is why most people go to the gym.

    Walk and let the sun hit your eyes and arms. If you can walk in a grassy area walk barefoot. Let your feet feel the ground.

      @shingtome2179 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Why?

    • @daviddad1234
      @daviddad1234 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@shingtome2179 the natural source of Vitamin D is from sunlight. It always has been. My vitamin D level (vitamin D is actually a hormone) was 107 two weeks ago. Most folks do not even know their own level. I was deficient at 22 four years ago. Most are deficient. They have scared everybody that the sun is taboo and cover yourself with sunblock. It may be if you stay in it for hours and burn yourself everyday. But 20 minutes a day in the morning sun is good. As far as going barefoot we have lost the ability to connect with the earth. Let our feet feel the ground. Some call it grounding but it is called earthing.

    Does ELMT have “natural flavors”?
    If so, not sure we can get rid of these toxins in our bodies. I would probably pick the unflavored for that reason!
