It's amazing how the first version of Pizza Time was so heavy on one instrument at a time, but the final is an absolute clusterfuck of instruments all screaming to drive home the chaos. Really shows how the music composers for the game got so much better at making music overtime. Also WARIO SFX LETS GOOOOO
Lotta stuff from this I forgot about, the Wario samples, the shorter duration, how different the "running out of time" part of the song was. Its kinda insane hearing this again ngl.
People gotta remember this is from 2018. And the game itself was a lot less speed focused, and not even 1% as deranged as the final release. The whole evolution of pizza tower including the ost is so immense and beautiful
The new version is better, but this isn’t bad. What I don’t understand is how you hear this and don’t settle for it, but decide it needs to be worked on more. That’s the difference between good and great work I suppose
Holy shit this isn't it, it's no wonder the composer who made this had stated in an interview that they were shocked that THIS was the song that got them hired for the project That being said, their improvement was amazing. This is definitely a case where final beats the beta.
@@blanova9689this was the track that got mrsauceman hired. clascyjitto or frostix at the time got hired because of a cold spaghetti remix that impressed mcpig
I'm gonna have to actually disagree on this not being "it." Listening to this first demo version of the song, it basically speaks for itself on why the composer was hired - it instills a sense of panic and activates your fight or flight mechanism, EXACTLY what you'd want to be the backing track for an escape sequence. It's a great basis for what eventually became the final, iconic track in the main game. Obviously, this version needed work - evident by the fact it was vastly improved for the release - but even in this old demo, though it be rough round the edges, it's still a pretty damn good song. And the fact it was made _even better_ is exactly why the composer was hired; the devs saw potential in this _single track_ and knew it was too good to pass up. (don't take this as like, a hate comment. Just statin' my thoughts)
Honestly, this feels more like it belongs in a actual Wario land game. (which also is because Pizza Tower was inspired by guess what) so making this sound more like Hurry Up! Makes total sense. The Final Version fits what this game is now way better tho.

it takes a lot directly from wario land... i don't think they legally could have left it this way if they wanted to sell it
@@Madman-8287 I’m talkin about all the additional changes to the music itself, not just the samples
I agree
It sounds so... empty
At least it gets better towards the end
No one has commented in 11 months, lemme change that
IM the four coment

This is to an extent cursed, but its cool seeing the foundation for the composition

oh shit i didn’t even know there was an interview nor that classicjitto was hired for this i thought they were just friends

@@pugchamp419 damn i’ve been trying to contact Classic and sauce man about a game im making but i think they see it as a pizza tower clone-
@@blanova9689 im pretty sure they have their own games to worry about, but if you need a composer i could probably whip something up

0:21 Ese sonido, es genial.
did you know that there was a second pizza time music,in one of the demo files?
as far as i know,it's in the pizza tower joke build, peter peppino.
understandable
Please tell me more if you see this comment.
You mean the pizza time remix?
Like in each version they add more instruments and change the ones that already had
Nobody was ready to get funky in this version 😔
😭
Wow this is old
Peppino finally took his medication

I only like this version because of wario voices on the music
can someone make a mashup of this with the final version (I just wanna hear the wario samples in the final version PLEASE)
No better get funky :(
Pizza time at home:
I like the new version better.
this is better than the new
you're kidding lol
the one thing i love about this over the final version is the wario voice clips but idk how you can say this is better otherwise
Hell no
In this i prefer the final bit a bit more than the final one, otherwise big disagree.
