I remember being unimpressed of Samurai Shodown when. I saw it in gaming Magazines (EGM and Game Fan) in 1993 but when I saw it and played in the arcade it quickly became one of my favourites of that year.
Samurai Shodown 2 is definitely is the best of the series for me and one of the best fighting games ever

Iba a decir que el primer lugar se lo merecía Rigde Racer por su increíble salto tecnológico en cuanto a mapeado de texturas y tecnicas como el gouraud shading. Hasta que he visto mi querido Cadillacs, el arcade 2D de mi infancia.
Unos juegos excelente.
Fue una sorpresa ver que Ridge Racer era de 1993.
El Cadillacs & Dinosaurs tiene el puesto más que merecido.

I recently got into Retro emulation and I’m glad I’m off current trend of game. I got my old favorite games up to PS3 and stuck on MAME and other arcade cabinet
Capcoms AVP , Konamis Asterix , KingofFighters 98 , Gunsmoke , there are so many that are iconic
Its a shame some of these games never received a decent home port.

Great list! Up to this point, 1993 might've had the most quality arcade releases in a single year, but that's just my opinion. 👍
mid to late 80s was where the arcades ruled. Mid 90s especially when the ps1 came out it was finished

No se cual versión es, pero puedes desbloquear cosas muy locas en los trucos (cheats) como romper tableros.

2 basketball games in the top 10? Biased much? 🤨
Sports arcade games were very popular, and that year saw some of the best NBA basketball games, in my opinion. Perhaps I have some bias towards RUN & GUN since it was one of the arcades that I enjoyed the most. It was impressive, with graphics that were among the best you could see at that time, especially for sports games. Additionally, you could play with up to 4 players simultaneously.
