    My favorite fun freestyle drill is Super Long Fish or two person freestyle. One of my most helpful drills is Splashing Your Whale Tale, which is just a really splashy, dolphin kick with your upper half angled down and your lower half at the top of the water. Discovered it while trying to splash on the deck. It helps swimmers get in their bodies and feel the power of their core. Makes it easier to get more nuanced with fly from there.

    I liked so much this topic.
    My favorite drill i must try rigth away is the "Paddle on Forhead", i hope i get it rigth.
    Please, can you try it with each stroke?

    Hi! Really like this whiteboard wednesday videos! You go deep in explaining how things work and how to do the movements correctly that i don't see anywhere else. Although i wanted to ask why haven't you done one on the start/jump? I went looking and only found the underwater kick, very nice btw, so my sugestion for the next whiteboard wednesday episode is to explain how can we improve how start/jump? Wanted to improve this, because i'm really bad, i can never seem to jump well and enter the water without drag, either my head or my legs are in a bad position, i'm really frustrated that i cannot get the jump right, being it such a important part of the race. This post is already long, but thank you for your content and it would really mean the world to me if you could do a video explaining how to jump properly, things you can do in and out of the water to improve your jump. :D

      Have you tried literally jumping as high as you can? Have you tried jumping as far as you can? Like a long jump. Some streamline dolphin kick treading can't hurt. But if you can't do it in streamline I don't blame 🤣.

    man i miss swimming... with the pandemic i havent been able to get in a pool and it's killing me. i always want to try things like this in my workouts but am afraid of looking like a weirdo lol
