You know the isekai plot is so generic and repetitive when someone says isekai ojisan is unique.
devil is a partimer, aesthetica of a rogue hero, restaurant to another world, re: creators, dragon maid, hinamatsuri, date alive just to name a few with the plot of a reverse isekai sorry but this isnt a new idea its been done alot

All of the ones you listed are wrong, but this whole thing has been explored in all the OLD Isekai anime, for example Digimon during thr Myotismon arc. The Kids who went to another world came back weilding otherworldly power and having made otherworldly friends. We could also guess that technically yu yu hakusho early on could qualify. And all the endings of all the other "transported to anotber world" old anime.
Uncle has yet to have a Reverse Isekai...and i am honestly hoping the stalker elf comes over.

I mean... I can understand. Imagine if I had this 17-year coma into the future just to find out Nintendo is out of console business and Mario and all of their IP's are just like a regular 3rd-party for, like, an Ubisoft console or something.

This is anime of the season for me. I mainly went for it because it had Zeke's/Dio's VA but it turned out to be pretty damn good.

15:57 For those who want to know who Kaede Nanase is: She is from "Alien Soldier" for Genesis. She was a main protagonist's girl friend, but she shows up as a stage boss "Seven Force" in the game. Originally, Seven Force was supposed to have seven forms, but it only has five forms in actual game.
Alien Soldier is one of the best Sega Mega Drive / Genesis game
He was 17 when he got Isekai'd and he was stated to have been there for 17 years so yeah he's 34.

Un-isekai is actually very popular in manga now, very much like isekai. But this show is one of the good ones and adaptations.

The official website for the television anime of Hotondoshindeiru's Uncle From Another World (Isekai Ojisan) manga announced on Wednesday that the anime's fifth episode and beyond have been delayed, due to rapid increases in COVID-19 infections within Atelier Pontdarc and other studios involved in the anime's production. The anime has now rescheduled the fifth episode for August 17, with the sixth and seventh episode airing on August 24 and 31, respectively. The anime's first and second episode will rerun on August 3 and 10, respectively.
What the hell? They're behind by 2 weeks and they won't take advantage of this opportunity so that the international community can actually sync with Japan's releases, man...
@@PredatoryQQmber The biggest issue with Netflix and Uncle from Another World is that, they already have English Subs since day 1 of an Episode airing in Japan.
That's because English Sub (along with few other Regional Subs) are available as Same-day Simulcast in South Asia, East Asia & Southeast Asia around 1 hour after Japanese airing. So, i am not really sure why they were delaying the English Sub release for other Regions.

@@Noriko_riri Yuppers. When discussing a rhetorical desired result, I'll go with the peak desired example. I adore the depth of fiction written in novel form. The most ecchi, ntr, idol, comedy, idol, s.o.l., CGDCT, or harem animes could cast an epic, romantic, complex, awe-inspiring, cerebral, exciting, or fun tale, by way of book style.
I'm glad you guys are watching this one. This anime has been a fun change from the same old story. I hope the views are there for you guys to stick with it.

The scene with the two younger brothers and woman sacrificing herself was the moment I knew this show was on another level. That shit was so dark, they said 'sacrifice her life' but we all know that was way more S.Assault vibes. The faces on them all as they mourned was too much. Art style shifts in this show are great
Recoil has definitely grabbed people, if I had to choose one show that is seemingly being talked about everywhere I'd say either Lycoris Recoil or Call of the night.
For me Isekai-Ojisan is by far the stand-out show of the season, after that either Lycoris or Engage kiss, after that Call of the night.
We needed more pure comedy anime in this world. I hope it doesn't turn dead serious later on, I just want me some good old fashioned stupid humor to put a smile on my face.

Folks gotta take the time to edit or pay someone. So a person like me watches Gems their own time on the couch and recording and editing reactions to shows people want to see. I look at the Views of the shows before i pick them. Folks react to the same shows because they see that viewers are watching the same shows.

With regards to the short confusion about his potential reincarnation - and with regards to potential future series - there can be clues in the titles. The important aspect here is that "Isekai" literally means "Other World". Another regular term you can find is "Tensei", which means "Reincarnation/Reincarnated".
For example, Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken ("That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime") is both an isekai and a reincarnation series, but the reincarnation aspect is more important and thus mentioned in the title. Meanwhile, Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu ("En Route to an Alternate World Guided by the Moon") does not contain any reincarnations, hence it only carries Isekai in the title.
Obviously it's not a foolproof method, but most of the stuff that gets an anime tends to follow this logic, if they include any of it in the title at all.
You could also have stuff like Isekai Tensei Soudouki, which has a weird combination of both, but that one doesn't seem to be getting an anime anytime soon, so no worries about that.
