Like someone pointed out, the reason the three thugs were animated so weirdly is because in the manga they were almost always drawn the exact same way from the exact same angles. Basically cardboard cutouts.

The joke here is that that scenary originally seemed like an encouter scene with isekai peoples from a game, but obviously things didn't go as the "normal way" and ojisan got beaten up. But instead of drawing them with different facial expressions and angles, this way it creates the irony with the supposed "normal encounter" and also just makes the scene generally goofier and funny to read.
