Noteworthy, BYU's all-female a cappella group, performs "Apologize" by OneRepublic in Utah in Jan 2008. In April of 2007 they won the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA) outright. You go girls.
This is honestly one of the most incredible things that I have ever heard in my entire life. This group's singing ability is unreal, and I've listened to/watched this video more times than I can count.
This was the video i accidentally discovered about a year ago when looking for the Apologize remix. It made me fall in love with the whole a cappella thing. Noteworthy and the Treblemakers are my absolute favorites. I wish they'd had this when i was in school!
this is the 5th acapella version of apologize that I started listening to in the last five minutes and the ONLY one I didn't cringe and run away from at "too late" she nails the note great voice great performance great job
Such a great performance! The arrangement is great and so is the choreography (the head-turning thing on the second chorus is very effective...nice). And your lead singer is AMAZING. Well done!
You know something's wrong with the music industry when an a cappella group such as this performs a song live WAY better than the actual band that is known for the song. Keep kickin ass girls!
@awesomemattw you are correct at 1:39-1:42 she is on the left side again and if you watch closely you can see her beat boxing...pretty much one of the best in my opinion on youtube...
mighty12mouse12: i suppose i shouldn't believe everything i hear. i do think that Noteworthy is incredibly talented and i think it's great that you share a good relationship with divisi.
@BastianHarren I think it's the girl who's on the far left most of the video. If you watch her, she's definitely got the rhythm of the beatboxing in her movements more than the others.
@LuckyCharms432 I heard the pitch problems but I was willing 2 take it after the other "Apologize"s I was listening 2. & she nailed the "too late" which is where most other groups went off. some of the background harmonies r off key but maybe it's the recording? Since watching this vid I have heard more frm noteworthy & broadened my exposure 2 the world of modern acapella (amazing!! why did my college not have an acapella group?) &my standards r higher. I didn't know acapella could b what it is!
are the songs they perform exclusively arranged for the group.. i really dig the number and i would really want to get the score... if possible where can i buy it...
Does Noteworthy have a youtube channel or a website? I remember leaving a comment for them on a site back after they opened for Rockapella this past December/January, but I can't find it anymore. I love their stuff.
she has a BEAUTIFUL voice!!!
WOW!!! What an AWESOME performance!!GREAT JOB GIRLS!!!
I can't stop listening. You ladies did an AMAZING rendition of an AMAZING arrangement. Soloist spot on, dynamic choreography... brava!
Beautiful choreography, and it goes without saying that the vocal quality was stunning. One of the best arrangements of this I've ever heard.
Beautiful ... just beautiful. The soloist was just lovely.
This is honestly one of the most incredible things that I have ever heard in my entire life. This group's singing ability is unreal, and I've listened to/watched this video more times than I can count.
The soloist was so perfect. This was super amazing. LoveloveLOVED it.
FANTASTIC! The soloist blows my mind; the beatboxer is spot-on; and the choreography and background vocals by the chorus are spotless. Well done!
that was phenomenal the lead singer's voice is just beautiful!!
Probably the best acapella performance of this song that I've been able to find on TH-cam... and the only group who set it to choreography. Nice!

Seriously, if that soloist ever releases a record.. I'll be the first one to buy it.

If you are referring to the ones on the Sing Off they are the same
