    Mam nan starting 75 kg irundhan. Ippa 73.5kg irukn. 1 month la 1.5 kg reduce pannen. But enaku innum weight loss pannanum mam. My target is 65kg ma. Atleast ennoda wedding ku 70kg aagina kooda podhum mam. Ennoda heriderty weight loss panna romba kashtamandhu mam. Easy ah weight loss eh aahadhu. But ongaloda indha season 4 la participate panni 1.5 kg reduce pannadhe enaku happy than mam. April 3rd is my wedding. I need to loss atleast 68kg-70kg aaganum mam😒..

Start பண்ணும்போது நானே confident- அ இல்ல.... நீங்க குடுத்த motivation தான் எனக்கு help பண்ணிருக்கு. எனக்கு weightloss அதிகமா இல்ல(86.5 - 85). ஆனால் inch loss ஆகியிருக்கு. Fit ஆகாத dress எல்லாம் fit ஆகுது. முன்னாடி வெளில போகணும்-னா dress fit -அ
    இருக்காது-னு போகவே மாட்டேன். இப்போ டக்குனு சுடிதார் போட்டுட்டு கிளம்பிடுறேன். என்னோட friends எல்லாம் நல்ல weight reduce செஞ்சுட்டேன்னு சொல்லுறாங்க.
