You got hit by two ultimate attacks, and your subbs still did not start to recharge. Subbs should automatically recharge after getting hit with an ultimate. It worked like that in Storm 4.
@legendarygaming160 I heard years ago that uploading to TH-cam is stressful. Like making a video for funerals. The unload process is slow and long. I did not even add in yet, those many download errors that can happen.

Yeah u are right bro but I guess the implementation of damage scaling is why subs don't regenerate fast just like in Storm 4.
