I spent only $900 on a CT-70 Honda 'clone' recently. I only have 310 miles on it, and the chain has become very loose, and one of the handlebars is a bit loose as well. The motor runs great though. I'll be happy if I get a year out of it, before I sell it. Safety is a concern though.
This Lifan Smily is looked like a Mini Cooper and that dashboard at the interior has a smily face on it. Also, that steering wheel looked like its a classic car steering wheel or a Mercedes Benz luxury steering wheel?
Racing becomes safer on the road....as long if the smily won't fall apart... I bet you can sue police officer if you get a speeding ticket on that. LoL!
Yes, Chinese bikes are less quality than Japanese bikes for sure. But, I don't think their engines are as bad as some claim. From what i've heard or read, there are many satisfied customers, especially given the lower prices of these motors. Expectations are lower than a much higher quality Japanese product, and people expect to only get 2 or 3 years out of a Lifan or Zongsheng? (sp), as compared to a better motor. Quality has come up too. Quality varies between Chinese companies as well.

Lifan makes good motorcycle and minibike engines. I also heard that they either made, or currently make engines for some Honda motorcycle models.
It does except the 3 feathers look like the one sail pattern found on the Lada symbol. Look at 1:22
