@@mwatkins03Actually, in Greek mythology mermaids lure in the sailors and kill them. The sirens are actually bird like humans that fly around and just bully the sailors.

@@Jimmytron148 Those are mermaids. Sirens are half birds half humans, cursed by I think Artemis it was for not protecting her. Mermaids I’m not 100% sure on why they’re like that but they’d lure in sailors and murder them.
Also if it’s any other mythology I have no clue, I only know about Greek mythology cause I like it.
