Hey FC! New subscriber here, but I discovered your channel due to your various tips videos and I just finished catching up on this No Mans Land series and have been loving it! Assuming you are still taking business ideas (and it doesn't crash your game) I would love to suggest something that I haven't heard brought up before. Copper Springs is a beautiful area and could really use some more recreation. Being an avid mountain biker, I would love to open a bike shop to sell, rent, and repair bikes for the community and anyone who travels there for vacation. Additionally, it would be awesome if I could sponsor some trail development in lots 12 and 22. I don't have any of the equipment to do it myself, but will be willing to pay you $25,000 to put in some trails on those lots.

I plant grass and harvest it 3 or 4 times a year for silage. Which is better profit? The once-a-year corn or multi times a year grass? The nonworker friendly spots I have come across as well. I take a stump grinder to the spot and grind everything along the line where the AI worker stops. That almost always clears up the problem. No stump was visible but that's what it reminded me off so that's why I tried it (and it worked).
That depends, youll get more silage doing grass but you also gave to harvest 3 or 4 times as opposed to corn which is 1 and done. Corn is less labor intensive by a lot for the amount of silage you get but grass is more efficient per area

Where you're having the maybe there's something underneath the map
I heard that there is a lot of oil underneath the ground in nomans land, so id like to open a oil pumping and raffinarie business called soil oil.
I love the idea but for now im not taking on any more businesses, just have too many on my list at the moment :)
