Great to see you having fun, enjoying yourself and picking up a confidence-boosting win! It was a good attacking game. As far as I'm concerned, its Bxh6!!
Although it's not nice to have people trying to psych you out, consider that if they were so comfortable with their chess *on* the board, they wouldn't need to be trying to distract their opponents away from the board. It seems to me that there's clearly things in your prep/game they are concerned about and so need to resort to the 'dark arts'.
The Ruy Lopez seems to suit your style of play, so hopefully you'll get more opportunities to use it. Good luck!

lularobs, I love your content! Can you answer a question for me? I am a 700 elo beginner. I have a NM chess teacher/coach. He is telling me chess is 99.9% a game of set ups. He says I need to learn to set up my opponent and make them lose. I try hard but I cannot seem to do it. They always outsmart me and end up setting me up for failure. How do you set up your opponents? You have any tips? Do you spot tactics in order to set them up and checkmate them? How do you set people up? Help me better understand. Thank you
