However, as most owners of Verizon and AT&T branded Motorola devices know, it simply is not possible to unlock the bootloader on the vast majority of these carrier models. Per contractual agreement between Motorola Mobility, LLC and certain branded carriers, bootloader unlocking is exempt from support on Motorola's support portal. Hence, unlocking "any" Motorola device (via Motorola's official unlocking portal) is neither feasible nor possible.
This is Indian TH-cam Channel. If AT&T or Verizon don't support it, it's their problem or US problem. I doubt there's any such thing like career locked phones in India.

Our only hope is that e.g. EU forces manufacturers to make their devices unlock-able.
And make a detailed video on things we can do after unlocking bootloader in moto phones.........bcz it already near stock rom so there will be no use of custom roms

I got the code and I get all the way to the end. I press volume down and power to unlock and get bootloader validation failure remote failure. Up-to-date SDK and drivers. Have tried this on Windows 11 and 10 on two different PCs. Have tried with several different cables. The commands work and it sees my it's not accepting the code Motorola gave me. @@joa089 It's a low tier device by Lenovo/Motorola - they don't allow us to unlock the bootloader. It's a shit move, to sell higher spec versions, which most can be unlocked.
Motorola e40 does not unlock the bootloader I asked for help Motorola support and they told me that this model is not possible equal even in QXDA I am subscribed an established developer experienced with Motorola device released three steps full with strings for use cmd everything is useless equal Android Studio. i had same problem but i enabled developer mode and unlocked the phone from there just because i had the tracphone sim card inside the phone, then i tried again to see if the mac changes and let me unlock from the website but still said the same thing and the mac was the same but if i wipe the phone the data will be gone anyways so i will just unlock it with dev mode

Please check with other people on same ROM (usually they have a support group on telegram) if they have the same issue. They might have a fix or just switch the Rom.

Unlocking the bootloader deletes the entire content of the phone as well as voids the warranty of motorola. Keep that in mind before proceeding.

Follow the steps it mentions: Go to developer settings and allow the OEM UNLOCK option. Then try again.
If my system is locked and I need to unlock it, obviously I won't be able to use it's configurations.

search up fastboot commands not working on google and install the paths for them.
