So I've just received my mi band 7 and so far I'm loving it! I want to know what workout option should I select if I'm doing weighted cable crunches at the gym as I'm not sure if it would fall under core training, strength, indoor fitness or freestyle? I would appreciate the help thanks!
@@CrazyKosai It's also available on the band itself when you edit an alarm or add a new one. And I have found this feature very useful in waking up without feeling drowsy.
Can you recommend a band for me? I'm looking for a band that I can pair with my partner that I can just tap so he knows when to look at me. He has hearing disability and that feature can really help me on a daily basis.
It does have the feature, you need to scroll to bottom, select More, then the Camera Remote function is visible (Edit: it's only on iOS, and is missing on Android)
@@tjin256 maybe depends on mi band you received. because i dont have also this camera remote feature not working on my device and cp as well. no camera widget and emoji is not showing in notif/message. feel sad that i should have just stay to mi band 6. i think bigger display os is the upgrade i appreciate.
@@ijustdontknow2389 did you try going to Mi Fitness app, then Device -> Check for Updates to update to the latest software update? I had the Camera Remote option after doing that.
I saw a video of a different reviewer which showed a function to unlock your phone when the watch is near. None other reviewer showed this feature. He painted the device in android as a trusted device, perhaps it's an Android feature

Hearing what the brightness is I feel disappointed. Such brightness isn't something you can easily see in the sun with your glasses on etc. This is like a watch you wear on you all day. If it is even remotely hard to see the screen under any condition then it is unacceptable. This should be brighter than your phone. Not less.

Wish we could add flashlights GHT and display brightness to the quick access. Those being hidden in menus is Kanda counter intuitive
How do you force the band to sync up with the phone? I don't mean for the first time, I mean just to update the info on the phone.

You have to Cary your phone with you if you want the distance cause it doesn't have GPS

Yes they can. The size difference is minimal and the silicone easily stretches to accommodate the 7.

Almost got the Mi band 7, but then I saw the Amazfit Band 7. Got that instead.

How is it possible that my mi band 7 gave a heart rate of 201 when i was asleep? I really was shocked.. but it cant be accurate right?
It has been accurate for me. You can monitor your results and to be safe check with a health professional.
