First Wash Lamborghini Murcielago Full Detail and Drive with My Mom!

- This is a 2002 Lamborghini Murcielago with the desirable 6 speed gated manual mated to an NA 6.2 L V12. The Murci is in rough condition with scratched up paint and a soiled interior. I perform a 2 step paint correction using the new AMMO Polishing Line for a huge before and after. My mom visits the studio and we take the Lambo for a spirited drive. Later on, Doug DeMuro also comes to visit and we take the Lambo for a fun highway blast.

I've been constantly trying to educate people about this for years...to little avail. I guess being a smaller channel with less reach, it is harder, and people don't take you as seriously..
A few popular DIY oriented channels promote regular claying, almost as part of every wash, with minimal to no lubrication as well - Shocking!! Of course, they are selling their clay towels... 🤑🤑

Great video! This is my second favorite Lamborghini. When you were talking about how the car seems intimidating when you see and hear it, but once you sit in it and drive it, it is fun and approachable, it made me think of back in 2005 when I got to drive a Jaguar Type-C and how once I sat in it and started driving, it was like second nature to me, even though I had never driven a right-hand drive car before (at the time I had only had my licence for 4 months), and I still smile every time I think of it. Bonus is that it was the first time I got to drive a car from my dads work and he was with me as a passenger, and he was all smiles. I really miss him.
Larry, you are truly a car detailing genius!!!! You have definitely added thousands to the value of the Lamborghini!!!! Outstanding video!!!!
It may sound odd. But the thing I love the most about these old Lamborghinis, especially the diablo and the countach, is that they look absolutely huge on video until someone walks next to it. They look so tiny with a person standing next to them. Really speaks to that "larger than life" persona these cars have.
The car that had that effect on me was the Aston Martin Lagonda sedan. I saw one new in the dealership in about 1980 and the grille in the front was just a bit larger than my wallet opened up. But even with my wallet opened up ALLL the way, I still wasn't coming close to buying that thing at $125k+. At the time, you could buy a pretty nice house for that. It looked to me like a Sedan DeVille and a Ferrari had had sex and this was their offspring.
Nice Unit. Had some Issues with the Paint, but then again, there's Larry to the rescue to Rectify 99.9% of it.
Murcielago became my fav lambo since i kid when i saw that "bat wing" system is just cool af, Best video ever.

I always liked the murcielago, I also love they they used one in the Nolan Batman trilogy lol.
To be honest I always thought these cars were undervalued. One of the most iconic supercars to the average person. Ask anybody what an iconic early 00s supercar is and I bet most would say Murcielago.
That exhaust would probably be too loud to live with on a daily basis, but, God in Heaven, in this video it's pure EAR CANDY!!!

Reminds me of when Lambo use to have cars in F1 with the v12.........Minardi if I remember right. Canadian Grand Prix You would be walking around the track and at points you could not see the track until you got to a clearing anyway....You knew when a Lambo powered car was going by.......Sounded so different then all the rest!!!!!!

A wire brush/drill combo would strip those exhaust tips fast. I would try a Dremel/wire wheel combo for the tight spots. Keep doing the Lord's work!
