No amount of clever or brilliant writing can make the Idea of a single man like Frank Castle killing hundreds of superpowered and invincible characters seem plausible. I thought of it more as a fable or a fairy tale in the marvel universe. I loved the themes and concepts that this story explored, and the things it made you think of. They fit perfectly with the Punisher as a character. Plus I love Garth Ennis' works.
exactly lmao. like how did thanos, onslot, or apocalipse (sorry for bad spelling) that coan literally end universes not do this but a single guy could? On top of that freakin' wolverine survived a nuclear bomb but not electricity?
I'm not a fan of this story that much, but I do however like the ending with Punisher and Daredevil I like the whole "there's always someone under the mask"
My son is in to comics and always tries to talk to me about them so figured id get updated since i haven't read a comic since the early 80's so far great job love the video's.
Epic, imaginative story - and I know Marvel took many BIG liberties in their own universe. However, there is one HUGE one that I just CAN'T ignore: Wolverine CAN'T and NEVER has gotten drunk! It's impossible for him to be intoxicated because of his healing factor. Am I right?! So Punisher never could kill Wolverine in a vulnerable state cuz he never is vulnerable!! (Takes a breath)....Ok. Now I feel better. Excelsior!
@Pete Corvus Fan93 there's no instance where Deadpool is drunk, yeah the healing factor doesn't let either of them th-cam.com/video/xSCo2_8avfM/w-d-xo.html
yeah, and Banner wouldve transformed, Punisher would've died from the mine he placed on Dooms head when in his grips(even though he wouldnt have been able to defeat Doom in the first place.)
Just further proof that arguing if comic character "A" could beat comic character "B" in a fight is pointless. The answer to that question is always, "The winner is whoever the writer wants to win."
That will always and still is a stupid response, who will on a fight between muhammed or a t rex? Of course the damn t rex, but what if muhammed has a gun? Well the question doesn’t say muhammed with a gun. Its an easy way to avoid the question to not cause controversy because one is a coward.
Same hella unrealistic lmao I get it’s a what if story but damn make it interesting rather than the title of the comic like spider man don’t have spider sense I think not lol
Well I also like the very intricate stories with plenty of twists an turns, yet I really think the majority of ppl can appreciate the linear simplicity of just saying, "they're dead" lol. I think this would make a good movie because of the story behind the reason, it appeals to the "real ppl of the world, the unsung victim"
But Batman killing the entire Justice League isn't? C'mon this ain't so bad. If a fucking regular rich dude in a fucking bat suit can kill gods then I can believe a regular angry dude can kill mutants.
the spiderman one was funny like his spidey sense just stop working when punisher came hulk one was ridiculous how did he kill gene grey and many other quicksilver really looooooool this is so poorly written its unreal magneto never felt that the nuke was there these guys have come against cosmic being but one man win a gun can kill them

"there is always somebody behind the mask."...And? So What? the so-called heroes and villians of the marvel universe, rack up an attocious casualty of war count, and unbelievable damage to public and private property where ever, and when ever they fight. Frank's elimination of them ALL, to my mind is the ONLY logical conclusion.
Frank killed tons and tons of heavy hitters that while yes, they do cause tons of damage, they try their best to stop that. Also, what is Earth gonna do when Thanos or Galactus shows up with no heroes around.
@@alkirk6 tbf its usually not the heroes fault. They show up to stop a rampaging villain most of the time. Damage does happen but its on the villain thats currently destroying the city, not the heroes that show up to stop said villain. The heroes tend to be good people that want to help others, they arent often the ones using civilians as meatshields and throwing bad guys into crowds lol. Garth Ennis (the writer of this) does hate the concept of superheros, so i can see why he assumes that heroes just waltz in and blow up people, but IMO its often a wrong view
In my opinion this is one of these stories that plot is punishers superpower I mean wolverine gets turned to a skeleton Spectators=uhh wolverine can heal from that Marvel=Shhhhhhhh. Shh
j super Wolverine says the Avengers (presumably Thor too) were killed in a teleporter "accident". He didn't fight everyone directly, nor did he have to.
GHOSTMONKEY LYNGE Galactus wasn't mentioned, I doubt he would have even been considered for this story. Punisher killed the Earthbound Marvel Universe, he would have had no reason or means to go after Cosmic Marvel.
Actually, Cap was in Bastogne, and its another snafu of this comic since there was a lot of Guerrilla warfare on the Eastern, Western, and Pacific Campaigs during nights, and other everyday occurence. Cap fought in the Western Front. Not to mention all the battles against HYDRA required stealth, guerrilla tactics, infiltration, assassination, and entrapment. So they pretty much just brushed over it.
exactly. Plus, so what if he hid weapons....it's the same as if he had pulled out a holstered gun....as if Cap hadn't blocked gunshots from similar scenarios his entire career.....writer just couldn't think of a better way to get the kill.
DK Notice well I mean he was fighting venom so maybe he sensed it and thought it was venom and it was too late. Maybe.....or maybe marvel should explain the Death in more detail.
+The Punisher I hope they take insperation from Punisher Max. Set him up against the worst humanity has to offer, people who make Wilson Fisk and Killgrave look like great role models.
Congratulations Frank! You've successfully: -Destabilized three countries by killing their leaders. Especially since the citizens loved their leaders. -Killed your best friend. -Left every space-based villain alive, thereby allowing them to take over/destroy earth without resistance. -Gave future mutants a good reason to hate humanity. They really should have made a "Reality Ensues" sequel where they showed the repurcussions of this idiotic comic.
@@QualityTuTz My guy, do you know what an anti-hero is? An anti-hero is a hero that subverts the expected tropes of what a hero entails. Punisher stopped being an anti-hero the moment he aired out Cyclops. He became a villain.
So he killed doctor doom.... with a hammer? Candidate for sorcerer supreme doom? Master of all mystical and mechanical weapons? Healed for acid blod and stone skin in prehistory doctor doom? Sure man, suuuuure man.
This is the most, "Yeah and what are you gonna do about it." I've ever seen a writer be. I think it was a hallucination, explaining why these heroes didn't really accurately represent themselves normally. It's only Franks's imagination of how it would go.
Not a bad story, I liked the ending especially, but I prefer the Deadpool Kills version, in this one there seems be too many 'that guy could have survived normally, but he's dead, just because' moments. Whereas in the Deadpool story they explain how he got to those people who would otherwise be hard to kill. Like how he killed Hulk and Wolverine
BOOM! U JUSTgot PRANKED! idc Tv Well with Wolverine, he uses a carbonadium sword to cut his head off. As for the Hulk he rips Deadpool apart when he comes for him. After his rage subsided, he returned to his Bruce Banner form, and Deadpool returns to hack his head off. Tbh there are holes in that story as well, cos carbonadium is said to not be a s strong as adamantium, so how he would have been able to cut through Wolverine's neck doesn't make much sense really. Oh well.... to me it was more fun cos of the Deadpool dialogue, and his ending was more interesting. It's on this channel somewhere i believe.
It's always bothered me that Bruce can supposedly survive a bullet to the brain by turning into the Hulk. How... ? The brain ceases all functions and the Hulk is as mental as it is a physical transformation. The heart I can understand but the brain? Has this ever been fully explained, because I only know of this term from the movies.
The infliction of serious pain causes the transformation, it's a reflex. Besides having skin tough enough to survive a nuclear blast, the incredible hulk has a healing factor like dead pool and wolverine. The brain does not instantly cease all function because of one bullet. It takes a person minutes or even hours to die from a bullet wound to the head, giving him plenty of time to heal. Abraham Lincoln for example survived for 9 hours after a bullet shot at point blank range passed from the back of his skull to his eye socket. www.livescience.com/9234-survive-bullet-brain.html
Kurtis Blowfield bear in mind though that Banner surviving a bullet happened one time, in one story and it was an alternate reality story (called Banner) no telling what happened in the regular MU.
Johnny Skinwalker It also happened in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (See: The Avengers). Also bear in mind that the "regular MU" to which you are referring no longer exists.
Why does spidey always die first? He died first in this and Wolverine kills the marvel universe. Spidey dodged a bullet from a hunting rifle at point blank range. I call BS.
Infinxtes-_- yeah, weird. He also the first person to become a zombie in marvel zombies i believe (i mean, after sentry of course, but he's in a weird infinite loop thing so it doesn't count lol)
The main reason he was so successful is because the heroes did not believe in killing and the villains initially just thought of him as insignificant, and all of them had no idea he was funded by wealthy victims who have been preparing for such a day to come.
You gotta rememeber this comic was written by the same guy who created The Boys (the terrible og comic not the highly superior tv adaptation on Amazon Prime), and consdering hiw much the guy hates Superheros in general, its not surprising.
This is what I love to refer to when people say that Punisher could take anyone from either Marvel or DC. they refer to this story and state that he killed the Hulk, Wolverine, etc. when in actual fact, it's just plain, lazy writing that this story was thrown together from. Definitely do not recommend.
Please make more Punisher content^^ I was just searching for it on your channel, but couldn't find any. Also this comic seems really awesome, i think i will buy it if i have the chance

If one of this dies, then aaall the rest start to fall one by one. Why Spidey is the first? to me, the first to die or at least the first to suffer is always is Dr. Strange XD
I remember reading this as kid and I always found it cool how Punisher just proceeds to beat the living crap out of Dr. Doom via sledgehammer. Also, this is similar to quite funny DC comic "Hitman vs Lobo" where Hitman proceeds to "kill" Lobo about dozen times in said comic.
This story was so invalid I can't even stress how ridiculous it is. The punisher can't even kill Squerl Girl, but oh wait there in an alternate reality..... Even if they are all of those deaths were just plain invalid. What all of a sudden heroes and villains cant dodge bullets anymore? This story was complete horse shit for the sake of giving the punisher his 15 minutes.
HighBridRed thank you! i mean for the sake of punisher being a hero i was kinda "ok" with this until he killed the hulk... when stories break their own rules its just silly. why not give him some superior super power while you are at it just for the sake of him being stronger..ridiculous
Tac Son Howard the Duck, with the power gem surgically placed in his vocal cords, uses his Quantum Quack (after being trained by Black Bolt) to decimate the Marvel Universe. Howard was last seen in bed with Death....
@@hydroking2969 At least his writing improved I guess...? Because this story really sucks TBH and has a lot of plot holes likes killed Doctor Doom with a Hammer.
mopspugcarlin To be fair Iron Man is probably one of the easier Superheroes to kill. Well not Iron Man but Tony Stark. He's just a rich (very human) genius after all. But you're right in the sense that there's a whole multitude of heroes and villains that wouldn't break a sweat against him. But it's a Punisher one off series for the fans that wasn't intended to be canon or hold much weight. Fun story but I think I prefer the Deadpool version myself!!
pious83 Thanks for pointing that out. A lot of newer and/or younger comic book readers don't realize that only Spiderman and X-Men (mainly Wolverine) were really the only A-list characters that kept Marvel afloat for so long and had been that way since the 80's. It's no coincidence that X-Men and Spiderman were the first big Marvel blockbuster movies. Nobody really gave a shit about the others until recently.
Punisher just sucks he is a Gary sue in this story they just ignored all the logic because he is to weak to kill most of heroes and villains if he fought a fight one on one he would have died in his fight with spiderman or at least get some broken bones
Punisher might have had a chance with a select few like Captain America but unless he's using specialized bullets, nukes, mines, etc he'd have no way of getting past Spiderman and Venom and it'd be over before it started. They basically made him a ruthless Batman.
If any form of Zarathos was in the comics, not even this stupid plot could save castle, if he tried to kill the rider while there was a host, frank would die, if castle somehow managed to kill the host, Zarathos would be let free and castle would again, be dead
Actually now that I think about it that's probably how most of the heroes died: Zarathos unleashed. If Zarathos saw Punisher as innocent(in this story he probably would) then Punisher wouldn't have needed to do as much killing.
I like how the story illustrates just how powerful or I guess how much potential the punisher has at being a dangerous entity should he put his mind to it.
If thar were true gentleman then any non powered person who is able to fight and defeat powered individuals would also be just as mut. Thus it is just as believable as say batman fighting super villians and he is also just a man with grief and resources, the difference being punisher drops those he fights, not lock them up.
Ivan Bond Yup, the Punisher and Batman is somewhat similar, with them both being humans fighting along and against super-/meta-humans and gods. The only strengh being money, brain and a relentlessness equal to no other. The Punisher kills his enemies and therefore doesn't have to deal with them anymore, whereas Batman lock them up. The difference is because of their individuel motivation: Punisher is on a endless search for revenge against evil and Batman's goal is Justice. It is hard to say who is the strongest and I guess it could go either way in a fight.
It's always annoyed me how 'Heroes' kill so many people in their battles but no one really cares so the fact Frank realizes this and decides to Punish them for it is just great and that end with him killing himself is amazing because even he killed many innocent people.
You do realize that these heroes are saving the world, repelling alien invasions, taking down terrorist organisations, curing the ailements of cosmic beings and literally fixing the Space-Time continuum? Sure, collateral damage sucks, but its definetly worth it if it means that the multiverse can keep on living.
A normal man killed Hulk in human form....k, with a bullet..? Killed Doctor Doom.... with your average wall hammer....I guess Victor was DOOMed :3 Killed ALL the x-men with a single nuke.....I guess.. :\ Killed Wolverine with electricity... that's a weakness now..? Kills Captain America.... so far the only one I see him having a chance bigger than hair strain of winning... Kills Dardevil.... I ge the whole 'they were past chums' and all but... Kill Thor... clearly that hammer he used on Doom has to be Thor's.... so... he jut kill Thor when Thor was hammered, with Thors Hammer.-Punisher better becareful when using that hammer... swiping it around will make his arms so THOR :3
Deadpool doesn't exist yet idiot, this was made in 1990 and deadpool was made in 1997. And there's a sword that could kill ghost rider. Thor is just a bitch no one gives a fuck about
Zombie Gangstar Thor is super durable, you don't seem to no that 'idiot' Thor can with stand hits that destroy planets with ease, punisher beating that is complete bulls shit. Thor can survive the center of the sun un effected, nothing punisher can do can put down thor

Okay last comment didn't upload. Long and short, loved this story. Garth Ennis has been the best Punisher writer to date. As for those calling out killing the Hulk or someone else a "plot hole" I simply point to the fact that some of those of us who have read comics long enough are tired of writers making their characters immortal by every loophole they can create. Frank shoots Banner. Banner cannot reflexively become Bulletproof Hulk in response to taking a bullet. I like the more down to earth at least semi-mortal superheroes myself. And to close, I loved the story of how the Punisher's vengeful nature caught up with him, rather then driving him forever, which is what vengeance tends to do.
this is the dumbest kill the marvel universe ever deadpool makes more sense how he killed the marvel universe cause he did more strats that this one did more like lazy writing
The fact they caught him twice just to write in him meeting back up with these guys is fucking hilarious. Had him right there but sure fail in the exact same way again _wow_
If I was going to create a Punisher kills Marvel Universe it would Go along the lines of Batman' s contingency plans to off the Justice League . Punisher simply needs the right method and the ambush.Basically Frank Castle discovers Reed Richards contingency plans to take down any superhero villain and celestial beings sending him on an adventure through time space and other dimensions as Frank Castle utilizes science , magic , and any power to get the job done in the end becoming cosmic ghost rider...
Frank Castle is by far Marvel's best character. He's so relatable and just a flat out badass. I've been trying to find this story for a while now. Tough to find.

Lol Spider-Man always gets killed first in these story's
+My Computer's A D*ck Spider-Man was one of the most popular Heroes during this time,
It doesn't really make sense how dead pool or punisher could kill him but punisher makes a bit sense a bit
+Spider 1370 dead pool could easily kill anyone
Actually I died first
dead pool could not kill spiderman... spiderman literally went through the entire secret wars without getting hit once... spidersense OP
I'm not a fan of this story that much, but I do however like the ending with Punisher and Daredevil I like the whole "there's always someone under the mask"
My son is in to comics and always tries to talk to me about them so figured id get updated since i haven't read a comic since the early 80's so far great job love the video's.
Thats very nice of you
Epic, imaginative story - and I know Marvel took many BIG liberties in their own universe.
Yeah Frank would have to pull some crazy mental gymnastics to legitimately kill people like Deadpool, wolverine, and the hulk.
For those who don’t know, this was written by Garth Ennis, writer of The Boys and Preacher comics.
Spiderman always dies first
Well umm, to say, deadpool kills the marvel universe the fantastic four dies first
lol true although he is really nerfed
+David Veyta it wasn't Spider-Man
+David Veyta cyclops was the first
+Harry Debray Spiderman is equivalent to Krillin in dragonball
no offense, but I facepalmed myself through the whole history.
fr
Same
Makes sense. They just killed them way too easily.
Same hella unrealistic lmao I get it’s a what if story but damn make it interesting rather than the title of the comic like spider man don’t have spider sense I think not lol
I mean it's a one-shot. You have a limited amount of space to tell the story. Many heroes didn't even appear in the story.
This book seems to have very lazy writing
Well I also like the very intricate stories with plenty of twists an turns, yet I really think the majority of ppl can appreciate the linear simplicity of just saying, "they're dead" lol. I think this would make a good movie because of the story behind the reason, it appeals to the "real ppl of the world, the unsung victim"
Christopher Arriaga e
Lazy writing is tight. Super easy barely an inconvenience
But Batman killing the entire Justice League isn't? C'mon this ain't so bad. If a fucking regular rich dude in a fucking bat suit can kill gods then I can believe a regular angry dude can kill mutants.
@@Kal-El207 Batman beating the justice league is just as stupid as this bud

Not wrong though.
Cyclops is an absolute hypocrite.
Jubilee didn’t deserve that, though
@@lolstalgic9602 I think he said that becuase they are mutants
in my opinion, this was a poorly written story.
yeah and during all these kill the universe were is deadpool
RyZombie619 he's in asgard most likely
I strongly agree my friend.
the spiderman one was funny like his spidey sense just stop working when punisher came hulk one was ridiculous how did he kill gene grey and many other quicksilver really looooooool this is so poorly written its unreal magneto never felt that the nuke was there these guys have come against cosmic being but one man win a gun can kill them
I recommend Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe
How'd he kill Thanos, Phoenix force, and the other gods?
Matthew Tencza he used a magnetic mine on the living tribunal, and he kicked the one above all in the nuts. xD
Matthew Tencza just don't think that much. Just assume they die like the rest. Its an alternate world aka "not-canon-so-don't-care-about-logic-anymore"
Obviously shot them in the face.
He submissioned the Sentry in a round of armwrestling, K.O. Collosus, Stopped Juggernaut with one hand, pushed over the Blob, Mind raped the Phoenix Force, kicked Franklin Richards in deez nuts, ripped out Deadpool healing Factor, turned Scarlet witch into a donut, won a starring contest with the moleculeman, gave the oone above all a bj to distract him and than shot him in deez nuts and he beat Chuck Norris with one single punch.
You can ask the same about literally being able to kill the other characters
"There is always somebody behind the mask".............that is when everything made sense, right at the end. GREAT ONE
@@alkirk6that’s a wrong view. The heroes are doing their jobs protecting and serving the public. This ain’t the “The Boys”.
That's not a way to pop a pimple, Castle.
No, but it's an effective means to rid the Hulk of his crabs.
In my opinion this is one of these stories that plot is punishers superpower
I mean wolverine gets turned to a skeleton
Spectators=uhh wolverine can heal from that
Marvel=Shhhhhhhh. Shh
Basically everyone is powered down for The Punisher
I love this story but please tell me how in gods name he killed thor or even ultron
Or galactis
j super Wolverine says the Avengers (presumably Thor too) were killed in a teleporter "accident". He didn't fight everyone directly, nor did he have to.
With a gun
GHOSTMONKEY LYNGE Galactus wasn't mentioned, I doubt he would have even been considered for this story. Punisher killed the Earthbound Marvel Universe, he would have had no reason or means to go after Cosmic Marvel.
j super well ya there are some major holes in this
Actually, Cap was in Bastogne, and its another snafu of this comic since there was a lot of Guerrilla warfare on the Eastern, Western, and Pacific Campaigs during nights, and other everyday occurence.
Wouldn't Magneto sense the nuke before the explosion?
Dave's not Here man how about spidey?
DK Notice well I mean he was fighting venom so maybe he sensed it and thought it was venom and it was too late. Maybe.....or maybe marvel should explain the Death in more detail.
Leviticus Daniels this is late, but isn’t one of venoms staple powers being immune to the spider sense? Spidey would have thought sum was up
Plus how diud he get the nuke to the moon
Davies Ugo He shot it into space
We need a punisher Netflix series.
It was just confirmed
+Joe Clarren what? Can you give me a link please? Or just say where you saw this?
+Joe Clarren never mind I just saw!!! I AM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!!!
+The Punisher I hope they take insperation from Punisher Max. Set him up against the worst humanity has to offer, people who make Wilson Fisk and Killgrave look like great role models.
+Jake Theberge yeah, I hope the first episode they take from The Punisher Born.
Congratulations Frank! You've successfully:
-Destabilized three countries by killing their leaders.
Not to mention blew up the freakin' moon, that alone has environmental consequences.
its funny how he calls himself a hero at the end even though he has killed every superhero I think villain would be more fitting after that stuff
+lego To life director that's what anti-hero means my friend.
+Hyperanium Anti-hero =/= Hero
+Hyperanium I actually don't think you can even call him a hero. He's more of a villain.
@@QualityTuTz My guy, do you know what an anti-hero is? An anti-hero is a hero that subverts the expected tropes of what a hero entails.
Punisher stopped being an anti-hero the moment he aired out Cyclops. He became a villain.
That's why I was hoping at the end the gun would click empty, no cowards way out for Frank.
I realize "Don't think about it" and all but......How did he even hurt Thor?
he probably shot him in the face till he died.
when did they kill deadpool he would be cursed by thanose to not die
Thanos and other comic beings probably don't exist in this universe.
Bobby Production's he can die with carbonadium blade
Dat guy likely the teleportation accident
This Comic makes no sense especially the part where he kills Dr. Doom.

Khandar William No kidding. What part of alternate reality do they not understand?
Khandar William I know, but it doesn't change the fact that some superheroes are WAY too strong for Punisher.
Charl1eSheenWIN Doesn't change the fact that this story is still incredibly stupid.
+Charl1eSheenWIN agreed

I'm suprised he didn't kill Bruce Banner with a fucking Baseball Bat (while Bruce Banner was still Hulked out)
"and so what happens... is ______"
-ComicsExplained
wow! forreal, one of the best stories so far. Amazing. If this ever goes on screen it'll be exceedingly trill. Loved it. 10/10.
See? That's what happens when you mess with the Punisher!!!
Now there's a giant step not just for all mankind, but also Garth Ennis as well.
The best part about the Punisher is that he is the most realistic anti-hero.
This is the most, "Yeah and what are you gonna do about it." I've ever seen a writer be. I think it was a hallucination, explaining why these heroes didn't really accurately represent themselves normally. It's only Franks's imagination of how it would go.
That really makes sense actually, it just being a revenge fantasy makes this whole thing far more enjoyable.
What was the explanation
It's on this channel somewhere i believe.
thanks i read it but it was a while ago
nelson kaboots he killed Bruce not hulk
Kurtis Blowfield Thanks for the info.
Fabio Scott No problem.
Billy Butcher, Batman, and the Punisher would make a perfect trio.
Rob great video, but could you explain Punisher Max one day? Your hype of the arc leaves me craving to hear it.

How's he a hero in the end? His more of a villain then anything

"One of the best Punisher comics"... so I imagine all those other comics were even more half-assed.
Pretty damn interesting story. Thanks for sharing it with us, Rob.
bro this story makes 0 sense and has so many plotholes
You gotta rememeber this comic was written by the same guy who created The Boys (the terrible og comic not the highly superior tv adaptation on Amazon Prime), and consdering hiw much the guy hates Superheros in general, its not surprising.
And it's shit like this that hides his other good works like Crossed ,Preacher, and his punisher runs.
This is what I love to refer to when people say that Punisher could take anyone from either Marvel or DC. they refer to this story and state that he killed the Hulk, Wolverine, etc. when in actual fact, it's just plain, lazy writing that this story was thrown together from. Definitely do not recommend.
Please make more Punisher content^^
I was just searching for it on your channel, but couldn't find any.
Also this comic seems really awesome, i think i will buy it if i have the chance
I completely agree. More punisher stories please!
And i just needet to watch the dirty laundry movie again^^
Sevitt my sentiments exactly more punisher please
why is spiderman always first
Jack Ryder exactly
Jack Ryder is one the four pilars of stories. X-men, FF, Spider-man and then the Avengers. All this are the pilars of the basis of a "Marvel-World". If one of this dies, then aaall the rest start to fall one by one. Why Spidey is the first? to me, the first to die or at least the first to suffer is always is Dr. Strange XD
Cause someone had to be first
Well, it was Cyclops first.
The Ditto ya
Drax kills the Marvel universe
I think the one who will see him is invisible woman
I completely agree with your last statement, even with all of the plot holes this is still a great story, thanks for covering it.
Dude relax its non Canon
HighBridRed thank you!
i mean for the sake of punisher being a hero i was kinda "ok" with this until he killed the hulk...
when stories break their own rules its just silly.
why not give him some superior super power while you are at it just for the sake of him being stronger..ridiculous
HighBridRed Next time on Marvel, Howard the duck kills the Marvel Universe lol
Tac Son Howard the Duck, with the power gem surgically placed in his vocal cords, uses his Quantum Quack (after being trained by Black Bolt) to decimate the Marvel Universe. Howard was last seen in bed with Death....
Tac Son no, how about squirrel girl? or speed ball?
I'm glad I returned to this video.
This is basically the storyline for The Boys.
Yeh same writer
@@hydroking2969 At least his writing improved I guess...? Because this story really sucks TBH and has a lot of plot holes likes killed Doctor Doom with a Hammer.
What I like about these kinds of comics and storylines is that someone thought outside the box with their creativity.
So basically this is the Billy Butcher version of the Punisher, ironic.
same creator
I don't think he can kill (For example) Thor or Iron man.
Marvel doin som buulshiiiit
mopspugcarlin To be fair Iron Man is probably one of the easier Superheroes to kill. Fun story but I think I prefer the Deadpool version myself!!
mopspugcarlin This was written in 1995, back when the Avengers were C-list and no one really cared.
pious83 Thanks for pointing that out. Nobody really gave a shit about the others until recently.
pious83 Avengers were always the most powerful guys at Marvel.
Johnny Skinwalker
Prior to 2004's New Avengers, they were a C-list team that went largely unnoticed in the shadow of the X-Men.
"Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe" is the ONLY one that makes the only bit of sense

This was written by Garth Ennis. He did The Boys and Preacher, both fantastic.
Why do I have to die first 😢
:(
Consider it a compliment. He thinks you're too dangerous in a fair fight, so he kills you before anyone even knows who the Punisher is.
Patrick Fitzgerald yeah true
+SPIDER- MAN sadly..because somebody had to be first.
yotam berkovich oh course
If any form of Zarathos was in the comics, not even this stupid plot could save castle, if he tried to kill the rider while there was a host, frank would die, if castle somehow managed to kill the host, Zarathos would be let free and castle would again, be dead
Actually now that I think about it that's probably how most of the heroes died: Zarathos unleashed. If Zarathos saw Punisher as innocent(in this story he probably would) then Punisher wouldn't have needed to do as much killing.
Frank is like the Marvel Version of Doom Guy
and how the hell punisher kills ghost rider?
with water :)))))
Maybe he found a weapon forged in heaven, since that is the only thing that can really harm him
I'm asking the same thing. If Punisher lays a hand on Ghost Rider, because of all his killing, he'll be burned instantly by hell fire.
+Eliphas yeah because those are always just lying around
+Eliphas Yeah because The Punisher is really a person youd think would go to heaven... Lol
I like how the story illustrates just how powerful or I guess how much potential the punisher has at being a dangerous entity should he put his mind to it.
No, it's just fan-service.
Not really.
It's just the Punisher version of BECURZZ BURTMURRN.
Fan wank in other words.
Dropping a tactical nuclear device to obliterate the X-men was just overkill bro. Punisher has NO CHILL 😂😂😂
Oh god. The Dr. Doom part killed me!

Bullet to their heads. EZ.

but yeah this comic is the literal incarnation of bs
Okay last comment didn't upload. Long and short, loved this story. Garth Ennis has been the best Punisher writer to date. As for those calling out killing the Hulk or someone else a "plot hole" I simply point to the fact that some of those of us who have read comics long enough are tired of writers making their characters immortal by every loophole they can create. Frank shoots Banner. Banner cannot reflexively become Bulletproof Hulk in response to taking a bullet. I like the more down to earth at least semi-mortal superheroes myself. And to close, I loved the story of how the Punisher's vengeful nature caught up with him, rather then driving him forever, which is what vengeance tends to do.
this is a great ass story but it's fucked up at the same time.
Looks like the punisher was PUNished
Oh shit
This feels like original version of the boys, having the main character get one of his loved ones die and having them wage war against superheroes.
it was. it was also made by the same creators
this is the dumbest kill the marvel universe ever deadpool makes more sense how he killed the marvel universe cause he did more strats that this one did more like lazy writing
It was a funny gimmick storyline, but it was pretty ridiculous when you consider the insane power of some of the people Punisher would have to kill.
Because of how well you do these stories, I would love to see you do the Hulk and Punisher team up in the 2 part Mr. Fix it comic.
The fact they caught him twice just to write in him meeting back up with these guys is fucking hilarious. Had him right there but sure fail in the exact same way again _wow_
One of my favorite stories... But I'd like to see more mutants hit with atomic bombs.
GOD I LOVE FRANK CASTLE!!
Frank Castle did nothing wrong...!
cheers to that!!
Same, but this story sucks TBH and I prefer Red Hood over Punisher and Moon Knight over Red Hood personally
Frank Castle is by far Marvel's best character. He's so relatable and just a flat out badass. I've been trying to find this story for a while now. Tough to find.
I wonder if there's one where spider takes out Earth's heroes. Seriously none of us forgot how Spiderman single handedly handles situations that are way past his power level and still comes out on top
