    I have been to SB twice this year. The amount of construction on homes and roads are exciting. I have property in West Caye 1. I cannot wait to build within the next couple years.

    Silly, silly, prospectors… it makes no sense to purchase lots (via secret beach)at the current price point. The lots are overpriced … that’s why no one is building they are simply parking their money!

      Like I mention on the video in minute 12:39. You can't find land for sale at the prices you find here (secret beach) that you can find in other areas of the island, with the same proximity. I think 'Parking their money' is what land banking is. You buy to let it sit and appreciate.

      Habitat has great. elevation from what I can see of the road side & through drone footage but nothing is built there yet. Hopefully roads come from the developer there soon.

      @@ricardowhitejr no clue. I believe (unconfirmed) individually owners will get to build when they want but there is different set of models of homes that are for the area. Full disclosure I am unfamiliar with Habit as there's another developer who sells them and owns them.     Could you do a video on SB and all the excitement around its future? For example, Sixth Sense Resort, any new grocery stores, any rumors on other things that are planned for the area?

    We purchased a lot on West C 2. We are four streets down from the main road and we have road access. I believe this is a good spot for a long-term hold.

    I’m sorry but Belize is way overpriced, when it’s so undeveloped and nothing going on and the beaches are not that nice prices should be lower compared to other Caribbean island. The prices are the same as other islands but everywhere else you get so much more, also they are developed and so much to do. I just don’t get it, I don’t get Belize prices. Perhaps if prices were lower more people would be investing and that money as it grows can be put into island development and once it reaches the level of other Caribbean islands then they can increase the prices. I don’t know, that’s just my opinion. 🤷🏻‍♀️

      It's very easy to purchase and you have the same property rights as a citizen. Also the property taxes are next to nothing.

      That's fine Luxury Travel. The prices are reflection of the demand. So there is a demand. Belize has a secret sauce that those other areas you've listed may not have. It's undeniable.

The US has had more real estate crashes than belize has had in the last 2 decades. Additionally, which market doesn't have crashes? Don't be a pessimistic. The Belize market is a strong cash market unlike the US that is backed up by 30 year mortgages. That is the key difference. That you clearly have no idea about. See you in 16 months. And I will gladly send you prices of property then!🥰🥰🤭🤌👌
