I would like additional information on ambergris bay subdivision north of secret Beach. This was a comprehensive video of the area but it didn't include this subdivision. I would like information on the six senses resort as well.

Why pay seventy dollars per square foot for a tiny lot to build an expensive tiny house which no company on earth will provide you with insurance for ? Why ? Every bean every grain of rice , every tomatoe loaf of bread bag of sugar you will have to import by boat from the city. Pure foolishness.

The problem I had was going way up there to look for land to buy Paid 300 to go but could not see or know where the land was that I wanted to buy

I Purchased a lot here depends on growth else where on the caye.

I predict 10 years or less bc the rest of the island will be saturated in 10 years

Listen, this guide was a life saver! Finding a rental and still being in the states was challenging. Job hooked it up with his rental guide. It had details along with contact numbers on who to contact! Fast forward to today. We found our dream rental until we find the perfect home in San Pedro. Thanks Job!!

We are using Job as our realtor and he is awesome. While we are trying to sell our property in the States we decided to find a long-term rental and move to San Pedro. We asked Job about long-term rentals, and he provided us with a list.. Job's list helped us find a rental. His list had locations along with contacts to call and had helpful tips. How much is the HOA?

I have two lots at Punta Azul South. I purchased them both a couple years ago or so with the intention of holding them for 7-10 years. Hopefully the road will be extended up there by then. But I know the entire area is growing and developing very quickly.

I remember the first time I saw these listed. Still with thatch roofs. I think they were listed for about $80,000usd. I wanted to get one even then. It seemed like the best price and location to just get away.

HOA's are a nightmare to deal with. Id never purchase in an HOA community...no matter how nice the property is.
