Can you please provide a picture of diagram on how the abl connections go on the tool plate and main plate if possible?

How much build volume do you give up? What about the XYZ calibration tests, do they pass? Did you have to extend your wire loom to the extruder? Did you have to modify the firmware for it all to work?

It's takes 15mm from just the Y-AXIS, at this moment we working on the Fw, but after mounting this at this point I can start printing without modification in the Fw, but certainly need modified the Fw for Xyz calibration

@@rarih100 I just loaded up your STL files into my CAD software. It looks to me like you also lose 10mm (5mm each side) on the X axis. When the Xchange body hits the left and right X ends, the nozzle is 5mm away from where it can reach (X 0mm) when stock. Also I see that you are using a version of the Prusa Bear X ends (I have no clue why you are even including them as they do not seem to be required for the Xchange), but with the Prusa Bear X ends and an X carriage that is based upon the Prusa stock version, you can see in your own video that the X axis belts are not parallel. The developer of the Prusa Bear mods says that Bear X ends and Prusa X carriage should not be mixed. This will be a problem for X axis calibration.

You don't talk about the wire loom. I assume it goes up and over the Z frame. If so, the existing loom wires are not going to reach. What is your recommended way to extend the wire loom from the Einsy controller to the Xchange? If you don't go over the top, then there must be Z build height that is lost as well, as your wire loom goes straight up, and not out the back like stock.

Awesome, can’t wait for the files. IMO the only issue with i3 style printers is the maintenance and it looks like this solves it quite well. Any loss of print bed volume?

Yes, Its little difficult with prusa mk3 to maintain the xyz build volume, after alot of reversion I ended with 15mm losses on Y-axis but not big deal

@@rarih100 A hobbyist may be willing to give up print space, but full build volume is a requirement for Prusa printers in a production print farm environment.

@@MediaMan3D yes sure, but 15mm lost on Y-axis is justified on mod like this, imp doesn't matter even for production users, for ex printing fast with low quality.
