This cooler comes shipped in a heavy duty box. There are two boxes inside the shipping box. The accessory box is packed underneath the box containing the cooler. I missed the second box, but did eventually find the attachment box. How embarrassing.
Where is everyone getting $500 bucks from? It is advertised at $399 shipped. Minus taxes and shipping I would say this is a $350 cooler. Premium but not crazy for a top of the line functional cooler. $500 is a kit-bundle that includes hard handle, ice-packs, and other extras. The cooler is $350 plus $49 in taxes and shipping.

Would you recommend this for blue-collar workers? If it was in harsh environments?
Not really. It's very nice and very effective, but wont take a beating like the less efficient thick plastic ones do.
Would dents affect vacuum installation?

I'll get one when they lower the price. Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos wouldn't spend $500+ for this thing.
