😂😂😂 a professional would advise against the swimming pool next to the house, especially in a swampy area, with proper rain it would flood the front section of the compound. The pool is a great idea. Should be about 30/60 meters from the house. Excess water directed to the river or a collection plate. Fenced and far from trees. The roots usually break the walls.
