I'd love to see you make another guitar out of recycled skateboards. That video is how I found this channel and I've been a fan ever since. Maybe make one with a more complex design and even making the neck, fretboard, pickup covers, and volume/tone knobs out of skateboards too.

Hi dude, I've been a sub for a while and I used to build furniture from recycled pallets, just an idea with the sanding, would it be easier to sandblast them?
You could do several at once and no need for clamping and unclamping, not sure on price of a sandblaster but I'm sure it would greatly speed up your labour time 👍💪

You could try hanging the sander on a boom arm with a bungee cord. It would save you a lot of effort while still being able to move the sander wherever you want..!

Ok. Until you can find a machine that will automate the sanding process, going forward you need to sand the whole board before you cut the nose and tail off. But really, thing how much more efficient you could be if there was a machine to do the sanding.
