- Low Sperm count ठीक करने के तौर तरीके :
अक्सर लोग OPD में पूछते है की report में low sperm count क्या होता है? इससे pregnancy कैसे affect कर सकती है? आज इस video में, डॉ Supriya Puranik इसी विषय पर विस्तार से बात करती है | सबसे पहले डॉ बताती है की जब महिलाओं को pregnancy concieve करने में दिक्क्त आती है तो डॉ उन्हें semen का test करने को कहते है जिसे semen analyiss कहते है | इस test से पता चलता है की semen में sperms count कितना है और अगर semen में sperm की मात्रा ही नहीं है तो इसे Nill sperm count यानी की Azoospermia कहते है |
लेकिन ये कब होता है? डॉ बताती है की low sperm count तब होता है जब ये count 15 million per 1 ml से कम होता है | इसके अलावा prenancy sperm count के साथ साथ sperm motility पर भी depend करती है |
डॉ इस video में बताती है की हमें एक report पर depend नहीं होना चाहिए | एक report करने के बाद हमें तीन दिन के बाद दुबारा test करना चाहिए, अगर दोनों report normal नहीं है तो डॉ के पास जाके सलाह लेना चाहिए | डॉ आपका physical chekup, general body checkup, hormone test करते है | इसके बाद डॉ बताती है की इस problem को जानना बहुत जरुरी है की exact problem कहाँ है, brain में, testis में या transport में ?

hello mam mere saare test normal hai hormone , uterus , follicule study , hsg bhi krwaaya h mam maine .... pr husbnd ne jb first test krwaaya toh woh norml tha but jb humne iui krwaane ke liye gaye tb husbnd ke sperm mai mobility bhagne waale sperm km thai ... aur mera iui bhi success nhi hua ... pr dr ne husbnd ko 3 months ke medicine de aur bola try kro bhaagne waale sperm thode km hai pr ho jaayega ... but mam 1 year ho gya aur shaadi ko 3 saal meri age bhi 27 years ke hai zyaada nhi ... tb bhi mujhe ek baar bhi conceive nhi hua mam esa kyu mam please help
