- In this video David gives us a walk through tour inside and out of his beautiful 2015 Escape 17’ travel trailer that he uses extensively for his photography business. In this video he gives us some information on hacks and modifications he has done to suite his needs while living on the road. He also provides us with some storage ideas and some intel of what Escape RV ownership is like.

I saw the notification while I was leaving work, and was so excited to see a molded fiberglass trailer, because I'd been looking at Trillium, Armadillo, and Scamp trailers as options. Then to see a fellow Buffalonian (and the Joe's sticker) was an added treat. Thanks for the walkthrough of the Escape. Maybe we'll see you around town!

How special to see an ESCAPE. I live in Canada and bought an ESCAPE a number of years ago when Reese, the owner, was just putting his ideas together of what he envisioned in a trailer. I went east to Ontario my first year and came back to BC to see Reese and report in. I had created my own screen door with Velcro that was cumbersome. But he liked the idea of a screen. So he stored my trailer for free over the winter while he worked on a prototype of screen door and when I saw it used on this unit, I remembered how my unit was used to make the first screen door. Loved it. Thank you for featuring the ESCAPE.

"Twice a yr I flush the water system decontaminate it , and ...there's insulation available underneath the trailer to winterize it!" Wow, didn't know these were available! So glad you mentioned it, plus the double paned windows and the interior wall insulation. Working on getting my own someday. Love the information, will look into this, Thanks! 👍♥️

I’m not big on pulling RV/trailers but I must say this is a little gem. Nice job.
I like his trailer, it seems functional and inviting. I like that it doesn't look like it has rivets going through the side walls like the Casita does. This brand looks durable and I like the spray foam option.

It's very durable Carolyn. I've been down many rough roads, up and down mountains, etc. No rivets either.
And the fact that the walls do NOT have carpet. From all the videos I've seen, it appears to me that if you are a long term RVer or you want to live in one full time, the Escape RV is the way to go....or perhaps Oliver trailers. Although Oliver trailers are quite expensive.

I love that trailer. If I owned it, I’d upgrade to a Tesla car battery for around $1000 and add another solar panel. The fast charge at any charging station is the big bonus of this upgrade. It’s what I used to build my electric Jon boat. It now has unlimited range. With the solar panel system

I really like the way he keeps the information coming understandable you would think he was a salesman for the camper.
This guy was Great! He explained everything like a teacher. I am glad he said what he used to done, sell Insurance. He has the Best voice, very easy to listen to. I would live to have the Escape. I live in a Class C 31 foot.
Really great and informative video! I learned a lot about the brand and model as well as some good and practical storage tips that David has implemented. I'm just at the research stage, and these videos are helping me tremendously. Thanks David & Patrick!
David gave a great presentation of his Escape trailer and Patrick, I like it that you allowed him to flow and didn’t keep interrupting him. Some people need some prodding maybe, but Dave didn’t! Both of you, great communicators! I like the trailer, too!

Yeah . I'd feel toatally safe in one of these. Storms, predators, human predators, and you could even mount ah wirles ,bluetooth camera on thee outside if need be. This looks like its built very durable. Great video ,showing every option n switch lol. Awsome.

Order your Escape trailer early! There’s a long wait. I’m anticipating delivery of my new E21C in March 2023.
Love it! You’ve got it tricked out just perfect. Good housekeeping too! :) The only change I would make is a pretty comforter on the bed with some big pillows to make it look more sofa-like. But that’s the female vs male. You’ve done a nice job of it!! Thanks for sharing.

Used to dry camp a lot as a kid with a big family, love it, but now we are looking into the possibility of a small lightweight camping trailer. Your interview was informative. I loved how much personal details you gave, even the little ones like the hooks or the insurance tidbit…. All very helpful. I like these types of trailers. He said it right when he said they are weather tight. They are lightweight, very quiet and sealed pretty well. This would be the type of trailer I would buy but I would have A/C. This really was inviting and gave a cozy feeling. Great review.
It come pre-wired for AC. I'm going to install AC B4 my trip to the SE US.

Great interview Patrick - you really do ask some great questions on behalf of your followers. David is knowledgable and very well articulated why he chose a fiberglass trailer and why the Escape in particular. My wife and I tow our 2010 Aliner Ranger with a 2015 version the same model Frontier that David has. Towing the Aliner hardly makes a dent in the Frontier performance.

A nice walk through on the Escape. A lot of good information about his camper. More than I usually hear about all the features/ pros on this particular trailer. Thank you both for sharing this little trailer which I think would suit me for my needs. I would have liked hearing more about the vehicle because I don’t have enough knowledge on what I would need to pull the trailer this size. 👍
