    Mike you are awesome. I really watch your Real Estate TV for a few minutes before I make my Telemarketing Calls. I do have a farm area of 1400 houses. Every week religiously I am dropping flyers and articles to get home owners attention. I do believe it will take a while before I get listing. I started in real estate on the 2nd of October 2014 but already I am getting contacts and interested parties who would like to talk to me. I really appreciate what you are doing.     Hi Mike I'm 17 as soon as I turn 18 im getting my license sience I was little I remember wanting to go in to realstate is just a natural step for me, I love people and realstate to be honest is something I would do for free its something that I completely enjoy, Ive talked to several realstate agents and brokers i've confirmed that its my future!
    My goal is to become the best realstate agent here in Miami!
    This first year I want to sell anywhere between 5-10 properties whats your best advice for me?

      Christian Ferreyra I'm not sure Mike Ferry is the best but I'm sure he offers a different approach than other R. E. trainers that offer equally successful results. Have you considered Craig Proctor's methods using targeted marketing? Cold calling is not the most effective way to prospect in my opinion.
