It's good to see guides pop up for some of the more exotic pokémon. My cousin is a Mareep rancher and there's no shortage of care guides for these little ones, thanks to the centuries of domestication! You're doing Arceus's work when talking about understudied pokémons!
I feel like there's a shortage of care guides for Salazzle. I know they have a reputation but I have one and she's an absolute sweetheart. Her name's Aphrodite :)

@@weirdguy4370That’s such an adorable name! I currently have a morelul that helps with my insomnia issues :3 I could use a care guide to make sure this was okay for them though, I don’t want any surprise visits to the Pokemon center
I absolutely love this pokemon. I once joined a Fakemon design contest and as a joke, I submitted Minior. The judges didn’t realize at first and thought the colors were too complicated for a Pokemon. After a few minutes, one of the judges goes, “WAIT A MINUTE! THIS IS A REAL POKÉMON!” and I just start laughing out loud.
The one you got footage of is adorable! Only ever met one of these little guys myself, though that was when he crashed into the yard of my cousin in Alola while I was visiting. Damn near gave my Espurr a heart attack.
@@jacobdyingextraordinaire4805 They do! I've worked with her on impulse control and containing her startle reflex since she was a newly-hatched kitten for that exact reason.
I happen to have a yellow Minior myself. Vredefort (that's their nickname) is a bit bigger than average, and seems to quite like testing their strength against other Pokémon... more often then not by using... Explosion. They also sometimes Smash their Shell on purpose for a while. We're not really sure why they do this so often but they seem to be having fun, so perhaps they enjoy living life on the edge? Another important thing to note is that Minior will fade and perish if it's shell is shattered for too long. Try as they might, they are unable to return to their natural habitat after falling down, so it's very important to catch them if you see them flying around without a shell! We don't let Vredefort fly around without theirs for anymore than an hour sonce we're not actually sure how long it takes for this to happen. Another interesting thing I've come across from various trainers is that the black color variant isn't actually a variant at all. This appears to actually be the Pokémon's rare "shiny" coloration, and its core is actually one of the 7 other colors within. It's near impossible to tell what color is really inside by looking at it, but the PC system seems to have no trouble at all identifying Minior's true color. With as rare as Minior is, rarer still its shiny colors, you're very lucky to get footage of one!
I actually care for a rare black Minior that has been nicknamed "Void." I had no idea that my dear Void was so special 😊💕 Void is surprisingly serious, considering how much they love to run around. Void seems to be quite a bit smaller than the other Minior that I have seen, but is still very strong. Also, Void loves jalapeno sandwiches with my not-so-secret ingredient; salty herba mystica!
Hi! I'm the head of Little Wishes Pokemon Sanctuary, located at the base of Hokulani in Alola! We specialize in Minior care and rehabilitation, and I just wanted to thank you for getting this little bit of information out for people who are interested in catching or adopting their own little wishing star! In my experience, Minior can be very loving in their own way, and while they're not always very suited to battle or contests, they make wonderful family companions and friends. :) You're doing amazing work here!
@A.M.G-d1v Hey, don't worry! This video has great tips in it, and Minior are the same all over the world - they're just found more often in Alola! We're currently not sure why more of them fall to the ground here than anywhere else, but I can assure you that trainers have brought us Minior from Paldea before and, because of their natural habitat, they're virtually identical to the ones found here. Since it's blue, if you can get your hands on some Comet Shards, I bet it would really appreciate them :) If you can find any places that sell natural medicine, as well, they might have a way to help you pulverize the shards into a more easily-digestible powder! Though, your new friend will still be able to snack on the Comet Shards when they're whole, too.
I love the attention to detail. The Dex entries displayed as scientific sources, the Pokémon used for scale for things like buildings, the infographics about the atmosphere using different Pokémon to differentiate the layers... It all comes together very well, this looks and feels like an actual scientific educational video from the Pokémon world. Amazing work!
@@Fawnestkeep it up It has the potential to be a huge series. I wish it was longer! Is the voice AI? If it's going to be a series I think there should be a face or professor for it.

Fun fact: it’s theorized by some researchers that Minior could survive underground under specific conditions, though it’s all speculation. Some Safari Zones and other such preservation centers have actually begun looking into this due to the fragile nature of Miniors without their shell.
@ Part of the reason it’s so difficult, especially so since Minior are common prey Pokémon, and their only real survival instinct when being hunted is to fall from the atmosphere. Which, of course, isn’t possible while already underground. It’s theorized because of this (among other factors) that Minior don’t actually have a consciousness.
@@Wizardsaresquishy we have to be careful with projecting our own human emotions onto something that might not even have the brain capacity(or spirit?) for them. The supposes "facial" features might just be a coincidence that they just so happen to have they we interpret as faces. wait, these guys hatch at least twice right? from an egg and from their shell???
Interesting! Are any of these researchers conducting experiments at the blueberry academy? I hear that they’ve managed to maintain a stable minior population in their terrarium, despite it not having a real sky.
Worth noting that Minior found crashing in rocky areas have a very higher survival rate thanks to their ability to attract small rocks to themselves. Very good video nonetheless!
@ I’ve seen a fair share of Geodude being stuck onto a Minior, it’s kinda funny when it happens! Although one time I saw a Geodude from the Alola region stuck onto one and that was a real pickle, had to get it off without it zapping me or the Minior
Let me additionally cite further sources. The head of Hokulani Observatory on Ula'Ula Island, Molayne, has shared that Minior that fall from space and retain their shells should, under no circumstances, have these shells removed by force as the trapped gases have rose to obscene pressures and would sauce a massive explosion. These gases slowly expel as Minior sheds. Inside of a Pokéball or a sterile environment a Minior does re grow its shell, but due to the different composition because of the difference in environment, these shells do not have the pent up natural gases needed for massive explosions to take place, nor do they make Minior heavy enough to stop them from floating. This has led some trainers to attempt using Minior in Pokémon battles, which lead to the discovery of "Shields Down" and unique battle properties of Minior. However scarce, such usage of Minior is still under investigation, as only few trainers are willing to battle using this Pokémon. Luckily upon defeat the Minior is returned to its Pokeball, so it may re grow its shell in peace.
Oh my good pal has a yellow core Minior, he takes good care of it, and even has a little personal pillow to rest on. Very social for such a tiny thing as well
@A.M.G-d1v I believe gold foil, it seems expensive but the stuff is super thin so a few thin paper like sheets feeds them for a good while, if not, a gold nugget that's found occasionally is enough, just shave it down, lasts for ages, and gives them a nice gilded shine to the core
I've loved Mimikyu for my entire life, but I've never racked up enough courage to go searching for one, due to the... yknow... ever-present threat of painful death? I'm aware that all they want is a friend, but the last thing I want to put on their conscience is a horrid blunder like that. It would be a huge help if you went over the basics in terms of safety around them and the best ways to make one feel at home. I'll be sure to keep all of this in mind if I ever run into a Minior. Thank you so much, and I hope this series keeps going strong!
My solution was just to try and encounter one blindfolded. It worked, but there certainly must be an easier way that doesn't risk getting bullied by gastlies.
Oh my nephew actually has a few mimikyu! He loves the little guys, and they're mostly rescues, so I do actually have a few tips! - when it's windy, keep them sheltered or in their ball. The force from the wind can lift their disguise, which makes mimikyu very uncomfortable. - ALWAYS keep a second disguise on your person. Rips and tears can happen anywhere, so it's useful to have a spare. - That being said, learn how to sew and keep a sewing kit on you. Mending tears is a skill you'll need for those babies. My nephew is horrid with a needle, so he actually brings 2-3 spare disguises per mimikyu, and will give me any broken ones to repair when it happens. - mimikyu prefer Pikachu disguises because of its popularity with children. In the absence of yellow cloth, other Pokémon popular with children will work, rockruff comes to mind, but my nephew has a mimikyu that absolutely adores its clefairy disguise! - while I understand your caution given the rumours about mimikyus true form, it's worth mentioning they're only rumours. Nothing has been proven in a lab setting yet, and mimikyu as a ghost Pokémon can sense stress and fear. Make it clear to your mimikyu that you do not fear it or its true form, otherwise mimikyu might feed off your nerves and become nervous itself. My nephew is comfortable around his mimikyu, if their disguises lift he covers his eyes for their privacy, not out of fear. He's actually told me that one of his mimikyu's disguises lifted at the bottom when she tried to get something with her shadow claws, and he only saw darkness underneath, he isn't sure if that's the true form or if it was just a shadow, but he tells me that if they're comfortable showing their true form eventually, he won't look away because of the trust he has in them. Some people will call him stupid for that, but I truly believe they won't hurt him
@justaperson4656 thank you so much for the pointers! They are sure to be just the push I need to finally go out there and finally get the partner I've always dreamed of.
@@zezmogg934 of course! I have a thing for ghost types myself, so many of them end up abandoned because people are superstitious, think they're dangerous, or "bad luck". If there are any Pokémon rescues near you, check them out. If not, look for abandoned buildings, dense forests, or graveyards. Ghost Pokémon tend to travel in groups, the sad truth is that most Pokémon don't want anything to do with them, so other ghosts are their only options as friends :(

Man TH-cam choose a great day to recommend this new series. Pokemon IRL is a sub-genre of Pome-media that hasn't been explored that much since Detective Pikachu & the Pokemon Go commercials.
Maybe a guide about Dhelmise. This lovely pokemon really has a hard to read behaviour given its nature of ghost algae possessing ship parts. It's really not helped by the pareidolic "face" with a constant satisfied and devious toothy grin that most trainers stop to. Even when a trainer successfully interprets their Dhelmise's behaviour to infer how it feels, it's still hard to know what to do when it's not feeling nice given its bizarre nature which has next to nothing human-like about it. Also, not even mentioning the complications and potential danger that having a 3m-tall and multiple tons-heavy (the pokedex lies about mass, you can't convince me otherwise) living rusty anchor. As a Dhelmise expert and responsible Dhelmise-trainer, I know it's worth it, but still one of the hardest creature to take care of that I know.
@@BagelBiteStudios, lmao this is so wrong. The pokémon is always depicted with the height it's supposed to have. Plus given how long the chain can be, that would make the anchor and helm ridiculously small.
I'm no Dhelmise expert, but I've often wondered if they don't appreciate being restored? You know how some people will take ancient artifacts - swords, tools, shields, that sort of thing - and clean them until they're as good as the day they were first made? I wonder if maybe Dhelmise wouldn't like that. Maybe it's like a spa treatment for them? Or perhaps it could encourage their growth, given how rust can often lead to toxic chemicals leaking into the environment? Like I said, not an expert, just a bunch of curious hypothesises
@@BagelBiteStudios I think it depends on how updated the programming of your pokedex is, and what you'd grown used to. IIRC back when there were only average chain lengths being found on average sized Dhelmise it used to be included but now that we've discovered longer and shorter outliers on all sizes of Dhelmise, proving that it wasn't based on the size of the body, it's body length only. If he's using or used to an outdated software, he might have innaccurate numbers or a false recollection of what the height means.

I don’t know much about astronomy but I often wonder how Minior are able to survive Earth’s climate when they’re not used to the amount of pressure exerted by our planet’s gravity. For humans and most Pokémon, this pressure is a necessity for our survival; anything alternate requires a specific suit that simulates the pressure of our home climate/elevation. What surprises me is that Minior’s sensitive core doesn’t get completely crushed in the atmosphere as soon as it’s exposed. Instead, it takes time for it to dissolve. I’ll have to do more research on Minior, since I focused more on other Pokémon before. This is fascinating stuff.

Love these little guys. There’s a mountain in Alola where they're sighted at some frequency, but they usually have their shells in tact, so they seem to be thriving. I was part of a breeding programme over there to make them more available for study in domestic settings. They haven't been observed to have a gender, but it seems Ditto can replicate the conditions necessary for them to replicate. The offspring matched the parent's core colour, which makes sense - except for a single Minior that had the black colouring. Found that some mutation was happening in this process (I forget if they figured out why) so the children weren't clones, really interesting stuff. (edit - typo)
i believe that minior with the black coloration is actually a shiny variant! its core should be the color of its parent. shiny pokemon are quite uncommon (and iirc, the mutation isn’t hereditary) so it makes sense that it was just the one Minior :)
This is such a lovely series! It’s amazing to see some lesser known Pokémon get the spotlight. You always get trainers who are woefully underprepared for these kinds of ‘Mons hopefully this series can better educate young trainers. I will add that Minior are also extremely sensitive to water, and it is unwise to give them baths as it can damage their shell. If your Minior gets dirty, you should instead use a soft cloth and gently wipe away the dirt. And for the love of Arceus. *Do not let your Minior wander around unsupervised.* I know that it’s tempting, I know you think it’s a good idea to let them fly around, I get it, they’re flying type ‘Mons and that type usually needs some freedom. But there are so many hazards in our sky that they simply aren’t used to. I have *seen* Minior get their shells shattered because they flew directly into a flock of other Pokémon or hit a random tree. There are much safer ways to make sure your Minior is getting the proper enrichment, like taking them to an open field with a harness and leash. And if you can’t take trips that often, then set up an area of your backyard with a mesh covering and toys and let your Minior loose in there. I am getting sick of people bringing their Miniors into the lab with busted shells because they didn’t know how to properly care for them. Sincerely - a Pokémon professor in training.
@@ashielilystar6134have you tried harnessing a shedding Pokémon ? Though I've never had something like that myself 3: look at what they eat in nature and work from their. Let's take Aron for example. I have to get a iron ore for him to strengthen his armor, general minerals like you and I for the shine of his armor and they also eat vegetables that grow on and in the mountains they life in so like mushrooms, moss, grasses and stuff like that so I'd say general vegetables but also not to much water or that might hurt his armor so vegetables without to much water. So thankful I found your channel! I've got a bit of a problem myself. Long story short, my daughter, Katie, loves Fossil Pokemon and got herself a Tyrunt. A while back, I promised that if she ever found a fossil, we'd go get it revived and she could keep whatever it was that she found. I didn't think she'd find one, or at least, not until she was much older, but a promise is a promise. I just didn't know what I was getting myself into - the dang thing won't stop chewing on everything! It's bitten off all the legs on my favorite chair, nearly took down the front porch, and completely ruined all of my tractor tires, and I'm pretty sure it's working its way through the tree in our front yard as I type this. I'll be honest, I've taken a look at some of the books Katie has and I'm scared of what this thing might do when it evolves. We run a Tauros and Miltank ranch out in the sticks, so I'm not too worried about the neighbors getting involved. But I can't have this thing chewing up and spitting out our entire livelihood - and the last thing I want to do is disappoint my daughter by telling her she has to give away her new best friend. Is there any way to control our Tyrunt's biting? Or at least, a reason as to why it keeps chewing on everything? Maybe some way to calm it down a little?
@@Alegriacaptions About eight. Her birthday's coming up next month, so she's got about another year before she can legally go out on a "Pokemon Journey". She's had plenty of experience with the Tauros and Miltank on our ranch, but I think a Tyrunt might be a bit out of her wheelhouse. It'd be one thing if she had found one of those Helix Pokemon the kids are all worshipping these days, but this thing looks like it might take her arm off if it sneezed - and that's *before* it evolves!

@@guilhermemartinezpokedex4659 I think it's some kind of internet fad that's gotten out of control. Like, it hasn't reached the level of Team Rocket, but it's definitely taken on a life of its own, you know? This Pokemon's made short work of treated wood and tractor tires like they were made of butter. Pretty much the only thing that's last longer than fifteen minutes is that tree I mentioned, and I'm pretty sure it's gonna come down within the next hour or so. Hi! Any tips on how to help a Wimpod feel more comfortable when I have guests over? Whenever someone who doesn’t live here comes to visit, Gelva skitters away to hide in the bathtub until they’ve left. At the very least I’ve figured out that if I fill the tub with water she’ll stop shaking and usually doze off, but getting her to leave is a bit of a hassle (I usually have to gently drop a little snack into the water to wake her up). I obviously don’t want to take away her watery refuge, but is there a good way to reassure her that I wouldn’t let anyone dangerous in the house? One option I’ve considered is getting another Pokémon to help her feel safe and calm, but that raises the question of what Pokémon would be the best option for that role.
It seems your Wimpod has quite the anxiety. Although this is common for Wimpods due to their small size and weak selves, it seems yours has overwhelming anxiety. I think deep down, your Wimpod knows how well you take care of it, and that you would never intentionally put it in harms way. It's most likely its fight or flight response triggering. But, that just means it knows how to protect itself! Another Pokémon (I think) would definitely help increase its confidence. Although, introduce them too swiftly, and Wimpod might think its territory is being taken, so Wimpod would probably get along with another bug type. My suggestion would be Dewpider. Wimpod and Dewpider are very similar Pokémon, so they would naturally get along well. Make sure to introduce them gently though (possibly lots of treats for both of them!) I hope your Wimpod does well, and that this advice helps!
I'm no expert on Wimpod, but I'm wondering if it would be possible to get something from the guest sent to you ahead of time - say a week, perhaps - and just let it sit it around for a while. Sort of introduce their scent to the environment. That way you Wimpod can have a period of adjustment to what should be completely harmless stimuli and be more prepared when your guest arrives. It will undoubtedly be a pain when you first start out, but I'm theorizing that once they're accustomed to a certain scent, they'll be less inclined to scuttle away to safety. As for another Pokemon, I would suggest one of a typing that sort of acts as a shield for them. For instance, an Ice type - such as a Snorunt or Alolan Vulpix - would make them feel safe from Flying types that think might want to harm them. This in turn might give them the chance to build some courage and stand up for someone else, as their Bug/Water typing would them an ideal counter for Fighting and Steel types. Of course, I recommend trying to acclimate your Wimpod to the idea first, perhaps through a similar method to the one I mentioned above - a means of slowly and safely exposing them to something new while giving the opportunity to back away when they feel too overwhelmed.
My brothers wimpod is very skittish as well. He found that letting guests give her treats helps some, but she still hides under the furniture a lot. She’s grown used to me, thank goodness, and even allows me to pet her. Part of it is just wimpod getting used to that person
I’m no expert, but the Wimpod my cousin has usually feels safe around my cousin’s other Pokemon, which is a Cincinno. Poor little thing won’t go to sleep unless Cincinno is nearby. Of course, Cinnamon (the Cincinno) will usually tolerate getting its fur dirty because she acts like a responsible older sister, but it’s always cute to see them bonding!
ohhhh i love this this is so cute! The natural ecosystem going on in Pokemon is one of my favorite parts of the series, so stuff like this that dives into treating it like a real world always makes me so happy to see.
I love the inclusion of what to do if you find a minior out in the wild and where to take it if it's harmed too, very useful and a good way of making sure the pokémon's in safe hands if you don't think you're equipped to look after it long-term!

Thank you so much for this video! A stunning black minior recently fell in my yard, thankfully my gardevoir sensed it and I got out of the way before it fell! This was so informational and I’d love to see more videos like this from you of other pokémon!
Minior have always fascinated me, they truly are beautiful, their colours and the way hundreds of them shimmer at once, that is the beauty of an alolan Minior shower
WAITT MINIOR IS LITERALLY ONE OF MY FAVS OMG this is lowkey so creative and something ive always wanted to see from the pokemon series in game 😭😭 pls keep up this kind of content (no pressure & at ur own pace ofc)
Something I realized - technically there's 14 Minior forms, 7 base and then 7 shiny, as close analysis from Professor Grand Oak in his facilities have revealed they have a central color that is difficult to see under the black speckled outer layer the shiny variants have! (Aka the pokemon home sprites show theres a difference between each form of Minior and their shinies)
Minior are not normally able to breed, but in the rare case a baby Minior is found, its core color is passed down through its parents. This is an especially hard trait to notice if the baby is shiny however. Luma, my little shiny Minior was troublesome to match core color, even after seeing its core. Seemingly, Minior can choose to rebuild their shell out of loose stones in a pinch, but they can be picky, and often rather wait to generate a new one over time themselves.
BRAVOOOO!! Your minior model looks absolutely stunning! Reminds me of beautiful black opals. It’s so wonderful to catch another one of these videos on my feed and I hope to see more! (Also I spotted my comment in there, teehee)
The Prof keeps giving out all of these cute little Pokemon to children and tells them that they're strong or grow fast... But he never tells them how to take care of the little creatures! But lately they are so understaffed, there were 5 kids in front of me waiting to ask questions to the only Nurse (and seriously they deserve to have the title of doctors with how much they know about so many Pokémon) working there.
This is amazing I can't believe this has so little views rn 😭😭 The model is SO GOOD (and sparkly :D) it reminds me of one of those bouncy balls and the fact that you added a realistic stardust omg I'd love to see one for Pyukumuku, it's my favorite pokemon and I think it's ecology would be really good for a video like this
@@dudenguy6385 Thank you so much!! ✨I really appreciate the kind words. Love that the model reminded you of those bouncy balls; I know exactly what you’re talking about and I agree!! 💖 Also, I’ve noted your request for Pyukumuku in my list! Thank you for the suggestion!
just found you, thank you for these guides, im going to binge them all so im prepared (ive only seen tumblr posts of this type, i love videos that would exist in the pokemon universe)
Would love to see a care guide for Empoleon. He was my first ever Pokémon, and we've been inseparable ever since. I've definitely figured out how to care for mine, but it would be invaluable to educate others on how to look after this magnificent animal. :) -(But seriously, if I may break character for just a second, this is a really cute concept for a video series. Keep it up.)-
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!! The other day, my Popplio and I were out stargazing and we found a blue Minior core. Fortunately, he has regenerated his shell by now but I've been struggling to get him to eat food. I'll be sure to try and get the lil guy some comet shards later! Thank you!
I found one of these little guys crashed outside my house about a year ago and have been caring for it ever since. It was one of the lavender ones and my whole team loves it. My Whimsicott especially loves flying around on top of it!
I have a Minior! A cyan one, they don't like going out during the day much, but are very happy to take some trips around at night, when I wake up there are shiny trinkets on my windowsill! And they'll be back in my room asleep
I'd love to have an educational video about Pokemon that needs lots of care and attention to not cause accidental havoc such as Meowstic, Electrode or Shroompish
I have a Hisuian Electrode he was a Hisuian voltorb on the Crops of my paternal Grandfather, the Hisuian Voltorbs are always Near to Green areas because they Feed on Apricorns, there is various Colors of these Voltorbs on the Other side on a Building you can see a Lot of basic Voltorbs that Lost their Wooden look because they were attract to energy Power plants
I think that’s a great idea. Honestly, hearing everyone’s unique stories and crowd sourcing information has been such a help to the scientific community. Starting a specialized research group would be beneficial for categorizing and studying any new information, for sure!
It's nice to see a guide on how to care for Minior pop up. I have a Shiny Purple Core myself (I mean, it's technically black due to being Shiny, but the PC System reveals it originates from a Purple Core) I named them Cosmos, and it's this guide is a big help. Though Cosmos is a bit of a handful. They absolutely love Stardust and if they don't get some Stardust as a treat at least twice a day, they typically break out of their shell manually, and are a pretty unstoppable force until they get some. Though this is good motivation for them in battle, as they Shell Smash and absolutely clean up enemy Pokemon in the name of their powdery snack.
my friend let his minior out for a few minutes and he ended up watching as it got eaten by a rayquaza, quite the sight to see a rayquaza but now his minior is gone.
Love the video! I'd love to see a video detailing proper care for Sableye, specially healthy alternatives for their crystal based diets, as crystals and jewels can be quite expensive, and there's no nearby caves in my area.
You could get a Pink Carbink or a Blue Carbink mostly a Female specimen they Evolve into Diancies when you have enough bond with them, It was a mistery before, Also did you know that you can adopt a Cosmog?
i have a shiny minior that used to be my friend’s before they got really sick and couldn’t take care of her anymore. i’ve been trying a good guide on how to take care of her, but there really with anything out there for ‘rarer’ pokemon like her! thank you for this guide 💜
Well there is a solution' throw a Minior to a Ultra Wormhole that is usual to see on Paldea mostly on area Zero but to get there you need to complete the Paldean Pokemon League and get to Champion Rank state so you can Help your Minior, There is a Terapagos Sanctuary on the Depths of Area Zero is on a Old Lab of the deceased proffessors Sada and Turo, Atleast their Ai's got stopped by the actual Paldean Super Champion he has a Miraidon and when i beated him well i met Toothless my Koraidon he is a Shiny Koraidon, that loves pizza like Alter my Regidrago
I love this! So educational! Even my meowstic sat down to watch it with me, and it’s hard to get that little guy to stop playing with his poké toy once he starts levitating it!
Koraidon and Solgaleo Sat Down nearby me to see it on the TV, just to Make you know Solgaleo is not to heavy is that it's fur is oftenly seeing Heavy so they see him always so fluffy, when they are not fluffy that means your Solgaleo has a Bad diet, my Solgaleo Diet is Focus on Cooked Fish Pokemon Food, one time my Basculegion Fight off Solgaleo that My Ursaring got so Angry that It Evolved to Crimson Moon Ursaluna!
This is a great series! I love this style of care guide, it's really nice for the more exotic and rare Pokemon. I personally have three Dratini myself (one seems pretty close to evolving too!) and I'd love a care guide for the silly little guys, both for anything I might be doing wrong, and for any fellow new Dragon trainers! It's so hard to find good information on them and other Dragon types compared to the usual Normal, Water, Grass, or Fire types.
I'm a new trainer, so I'm super glad to see all these guides popping up! I never really have the time to actually watch the guides, but today my Pokémon are sleeping rather late. I need some advice for my Abra, however. He's really sweet but constantly sleeps. I know this is normal, and I give him distance when he does this, but when I go within 3 meters of him, he immediately teleports away! This is getting annoying, and it's clear he doesn't trust me. He's a rescue, so that makes sense. But I want a way to warm up to this guy without scaring him off or waking him up! Thanks in advance!
During my attendance at Blueberry Academy, I actually found the black one by accident and caught it. It sparkles everytime I take it out of the ball for fresh air. It seems healthy. I named it Cosmic.
I Studied there and when It was my first time met a Lonely Torchic along a Hisuian Sliggoo, now i'm a Young adult man of 22 y.o and always have problems with my Pokemon Funny thing i caught Fezandipiti and Okidogi to teach them Things, weirdly Okidogi Loves to see Anime series
Minior are recorded to have mass die-offs if they're not protected, right? How do you grief counsel a survivor? I don't want a space rock or anyone else to have survivor's guilt.
There are some Berries I heard that can increase the trust between a Pokemon and its trainer, which could then be used as a base for healing. Additionally, some Pokemon Centers are ushering out mental health programs as well given better understanding of their psychology thanks to interpreters like N. Best of luck to you and your Minior
nice to see more rare Pokemon geting care guides! i work with ghost types and you dont really see guides on how to care for them so if you could do a guide for any ghost type Pokemon next that would be greatly appreciated it would be even better if you could do one for Shuppet since im trying my best to take care of one right now and failing so it would be helpful to many trainers if you could do a guide for Shuppet since theres not that much info on Shuppets its hard to care for them.
Yeah, I know. Far too many people catch an evolved ghost type and think they can treat them like any other pokemon..i know my local league has put a certification requirement for owning some.
I've always wondered how to care for a Mimikyu. Can you do a guide on how to make better disguises to make your Mimikyu more comfortable being around other Pokémon? It'd help out a ton, as I can't really leave the house much without my lil' goober making a ruckus from separation anxiety.
Go to a Focussed Store on Mimikyu disguises, your Mimikyu Will stop to produce the Death Effect if you Becamed it's Best friend, they are cute hairly Creatures that uses disguises to imitate Pikachu, my Mimikyu uses a Mudkip disguise because he is like a son to my Pair of Swampert, one is a Male that got from a Lake of Unova my aunt with my uncle and Cousin were traveling and gifted me a Mudkip, when i got on my Birthday my mom gifted a Swampertite, just a tip about Mega Swampert, they can Help on back problems if they control their strenght
Further more, do note that not allowing minior to reform their outer shell can eventually cause them to be corroded by the surrounding air, and inevitably turn to dust. So please never let your minior out extensive periods of time. Unova's Blue Berry Academy suggests that cold icy weather also aids in the reformation of miniors shell, though further research is needed.
wow! that's the first footage I've seen of a shiny Minior (I've never been to Alola so I don't see them very often lol) I would love to see a video for Skarmory if there isn't one already.
Oooh i saw these guys at an observatory once when i went to Galar to visit my sis. Such little fellas, my pawmo wanted to play with them as soon as he noticed them :)
Wow this guides are very insightful on how to care for specific pokemon. I would like to plan to get a Snom, so a guide for them or other ice types would be super helpful!
Oh, my snom is so sweet but she is so sensitive to weather! She hates anything above freezing temperatures. I pack ice cubes for her when we go out adventuring, and it seems to help a lot! You’ll want to get some ice cubes to regulate it’s temperature!
Gotta appreciate the proper citation of sources! I was able to reference those for a bit more info, and it's really helped me with taking care of beetleguise (my minior)!
Wow such amazing creatures I’ve never seen one myself but my friend that lives in aloha had one crash in front of her while walking almost hit her poor rockruff. It’s so hard to find a guide on them thanks for sharing your knowledge
Your ruckruff has been checked by a expert of The pokemon center, because i have a Solgaleo called Nebby that i Raise when i was a Little kid when It Evolved to Cosmoem dissapeared until today, so yeah Solgaleo is a Huge Lover of The Catnip that i buyed him a Toy, one day Dusk my Dusk Mane Necrozma started to Scratch the same tree of Solgaleo, if you get a Torterra you could use him to Grow some poke Catnip is a strong variant of Catnip that grows on protected Virizion Sanctuaries, Iron leaves helped too
ive never heard of this pokemon before, but watching this little video almost makes me want to go out and look for one! excellent video, please make some more!!!
thanks for shining some light on these lesser-known pokemon! i don't have a minior, but i did catch a goomy earlier and your episode on it was super helpful!! could you possibly make one about sewaddle as well? mine's been getting grumpy lately and i can't figure out why...
Great video! I had no idea the core form was so cute! It’s really interesting how they come from so far away. I wonder if they get homesick often? I’d really like to see a guide on Stufful and Bewear. I’ve heard stories about trainers who don’t know what they’re getting into being seriously hurt by those Pokémon, so it’d be good to raise awareness.
Oh I need something like this care guide for Mightyena or Espurr! Getting my Mightyena to stop stealing food from my plate when I am not looking is nearly impossible (and he learned how to open door handles), and my Espurr keeps scratching my furniture while completely ignoring is cat tree.
Trubbish and Garbodor are definitely harder pokemon to take care of. Even though you’d think they are simple because their diet is just garbage, they need special maintenance and are more advanced as their smell can be intense to some. My brother’s actually learned to eat flowers as well, and it helped some with smell.
Ah!! Thank you so much for the guide! I was on vacation in Alola a bit ago and ran into one of the lil blokes while I was at the observatory! Poor lil thing was so finicky around my Hatterene! I’ve taken in back home with me, and I needed a guide on how to care for them. We don’t have any in Galar, so I had no clue what to do! Tysm!!

@@HeiferBrat Good thing that Espurr didn’t blow up, I heard they’ve got incredible psychic powers

Thank you! And what a surprising encounter for you to experience! Alola is a prime location for the species, for sure. Poor Espurr, haha!
@@jacobdyingextraordinaire4805 Are you thinking of Psyduck? They're both psychic, but Psyduck is the one known for outbursts when it's stressed
It is mentioned that sometimes these little guys fall when their shell gets too thick. Maybe he’s trying to sand it down?
I actually care for a rare black Minior that has been nicknamed "Void." I had no idea that my dear Void was so special 😊💕
Void is surprisingly serious, considering how much they love to run around. Void seems to be quite a bit smaller than the other Minior that I have seen, but is still very strong.
Also, Void loves jalapeno sandwiches with my not-so-secret ingredient; salty herba mystica!
@@notacupcake5598 wow did you find a retailler or do you have to harvest herba mystica yourself ? I never got to taste these and I am very curious !
My guess is Void’s trainer is from Paldea where Herba Mystica are native. Some rampaging Tera pokemon drop them when their Terastal stance breaks.
One of my Classmates actually has a Minior! They called the little guy bob. I think one of my professors had one too before it perished :(
I found a Blue Core Minior but I’m overseas in Paldea right now. What do I do?!

I love that everyone joined in the roleplay, it's fun to see
Fun fact: it’s theorized by some researchers that Minior could survive underground under specific conditions, though it’s all speculation. Some Safari Zones and other such preservation centers have actually begun looking into this due to the fragile nature of Miniors without their shell.
How are they going to make sure these Minior aren't predated on by other underground Pokémon e.g Drilbur and Orthworm?
@ Part of the reason it’s so difficult, especially so since Minior are common prey Pokémon, and their only real survival instinct when being hunted is to fall from the atmosphere. Which, of course, isn’t possible while already underground. It’s theorized because of this (among other factors) that Minior don’t actually have a consciousness.
@@danhatter6823 then why do they have such vibrant personalities? Sentience is required to be funny and adorable like these guys.
@@Wizardsaresquishy we have to be careful with projecting our own human emotions onto something that might not even have the brain capacity(or spirit?) for them.
@@The_Legendary_Nic do they accidentally attract geodudes too ?
@ I’ve seen a fair share of Geodude being stuck onto a Minior, it’s kinda funny when it happens! Although one time I saw a Geodude from the Alola region stuck onto one and that was a real pickle, had to get it off without it zapping me or the Minior
Pokemon worldbuilding? Sign me up!
Agreed. I love how most of the comments are going along with it too.
Very social for such a tiny thing as well
Omg Minior on a little pillow sounds so cute
@prejudicedpizza2764 it looks so precious on it, was one of the first items my friend bought for it
Omg what does he feed it? I’m so intrigued about the different minerals they eat to gain their colors!
@@Jestermanceryou’re crazy brave for that! can’t gastlies like take your soul if the rumors are correct?

I've heard that the Pokedex entry for Dhelmise includes its chain in its height
@@BagelBiteStudios, lmao this is so wrong. The pokémon is always depicted with the height it's supposed to have. Plus given how long the chain can be, that would make the anchor and helm ridiculously small.
@@victzegopterix2 My bad! as I said I just remember hearing it somewhere. I'm pretty sure it was Asteroid Videos's video on scaling pokemon

Here is my own advice some times Ultra Wormholes opens on those Minior Showers so Many People finds Cosmog or get a Poipole, my maternal grandfather lived with a Huge Spectrier, now Spectrier is on my Pokemon Team helping on the kitchen along Slither Wing, yeah i have perms of Catch paradox pokemon is just part of The ID Process when you become a trainer

I really appreciate that!! Thank you!
@snartboy5000 oooh, that rings some bells actually. thanks for the explanation!
*Do not let your Minior wander around unsupervised.*
I know that it’s tempting, I know you think it’s a good idea to let them fly around, I get it, they’re flying type ‘Mons and that type usually needs some freedom.
Last time I tried even putting it on, my Minior rolled around and slammed against walls in a tantrum until they broke their shell, then the harness got of course too loose for their core and they flew off. Good thing we were still home !
Hi!
I Have four questions.
1. How do you Care for a Pokémon bred to fight? Like a Starter for example.
2. How do you Care for pokemon with a large Ego Like Snivy? Are there any Things to Look out for, or train away?
3. How to create a balanced Diet for your Pokémon?
4. How to care for a Arceus that you brought back from a timetravel adven- I MEAN A POKEMON THAT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE ARCEUS BUT ISNT!? If you need more footage than just ancient murals i can send you some.
Thanks!
(Btw this is an amazing Idea for a Video series! Exited to See the next Care Guide! :))
1: I currently have my little Athena (larvitar), titan (turtwig), moshpit (Aron) and vulkan (cyndaquil) all love fighting but I try to keep on their level and not to go above their weight class (aside from moshpit but he could be hit by a truck and be fine my little titanium wall)
2: I've heard that you can train more snobby pokemon just like you deal with children. Though I've never had something like that myself
3: look at what they eat in nature and work from their. But for a lot of pokemon there are general feeds which work pretty well. (Eeveefed for eeveelutions aside from the Flareon diet in my opinion but that's me)
@bellingtoned Thanks a Tinka-ton! Im gonna put that advice to good use!

How old is your daughter ? Is she old enough to go on an adventure?
@@Alegriacaptions About eight. Her birthday's coming up next month, so she's got about another year before she can legally go out on a "Pokemon Journey". She's had plenty of experience with the Tauros and Miltank on our ranch, but I think a Tyrunt might be a bit out of her wheelhouse. It'd be one thing if she had found one of those Helix Pokemon the kids are all worshipping these days, but this thing looks like it might take her arm off if it sneezed - and that's *before* it evolves!
@ I never understand why everyone in my school kinda of worships Omanyte, when Kabutops is 10 times cooler! they are probably more dangerous them Omastar? probably... but its way cooler! Also about your situation with Tyrunt... hmmmmmm, I mean I am not a genie or even a trainer, but maybe some toys can do the trick? Or atleast try to educate the Tyrunt so he just goes around bitting your house down, but I dont know much about taking care of pokemons, even thought I am right now taking care of a stray Litten.
@@guilhermemartinezpokedex4659 I think it's some kind of internet fad that's gotten out of control. Like, it hasn't reached the level of Team Rocket, but it's definitely taken on a life of its own, you know?
As for our Tyrunt, I'm more concerned what could even stand up to those jaws, much less repeated chewing sessions. This Pokemon's made short work of treated wood and tractor tires like they were made of butter. Pretty much the only thing that's last longer than fifteen minutes is that tree I mentioned, and I'm pretty sure it's gonna come down within the next hour or so. If this is what it's like *now*, I can't imagine what could have stood up to it all those millions of years ago
@ yeah, now I see the full issue, now did I see what Tyrunts evolve into? I am a super into Pokemon Battle and Leagues, so I know for a fact that the champion Diantha form Kalos have its evolved form and its ENORMOUS, so yeah, form all the fossil your daughter could had find, she managed to find one of the worsts to take care if you are not ready. Also yeah, this Omanyte/Omastar thing is quite weird. And speaking about Team Rocket... form what I see in the news, this guys are probably back to terrorize Kanto and Johto again, well I just hope this new gen trainers can deal with them, because since I am form Johto, so I cant be a trainer in the age of 10 like in Kanto, even thought I am 14 years old... well atleast this year I will be able to start my journey
@@NOSRNAMARA when you started explaining, I thought you were going to say she string shots guests !

WAITT MINIOR IS LITERALLY ONE OF MY FAVS OMG
this is lowkey so creative and something ive always wanted to see from the pokemon series in game 😭😭 pls keep up this kind of content (no pressure & at ur own pace ofc)

It's nice to see a guide on how to care for Minior pop up. I have a Shiny Purple Core myself (I mean, it's technically black due to being Shiny, but the PC System reveals it originates from a Purple Core)
I named them Cosmos, and it's this guide is a big help.

Tysm!!
Shiny Minior my beloved!
