Honda was dominant in the first few rounds but kept getting spd after that and didn't seem effective at all. On eventhubs, there isn’t a single matchup that favors Zangief. Usually it’s even or heavily favors the opponent

This matchup is not even, as people have it on their matchup teir list but slightly in zangiefs corner with the headbutt 50/50 mix ups. Whether he combo string or spd you have to hold it.... Smh

@@PipeRetrogamer all you have to do is perfect parry Hondas head butt or DI on reaction and for buttslam same thing but you can lariat it EVERYTIME. Honda has to resort to playing footsies which aren't that great as zangeif is slow as well but has the better range!
