Bizarre how much more radical and crazy this stuff has gotten since the 70s-80s. The cops dropped the hammer a lot quicker and harder back then. People doing it took the risk but not quite like this. It seems like an average "fast" car back then was running 12s and the top dogs were running 11s. Even 13s would win you quite a feet street races against the average joe blow running street radials (or bias plies). I don't recall anyone using a parachute here in the Detroit area. Open headers and slicks was considered radical.
And we're not even mentioning motorcycles lol. Kawasaki H2 and Hayabusas

Homeboy at the end was definitely an accurate driver, ill give him that. But it's completely stupid to risk wrecking his own vehicle, and potentially somebody else's vehicle, and hopefully not injure or kill himself or someone he's hit, just to save himself from a ticket or an impound.

In regards to the race where the truck was turning i feel that shouldn't be an argument it would be fair to both parties to run the race again and i do think thst it was wise to wait maybe a few minutes but on the other side to the coin it is street racing u got a whole mob puttin money in the pot so at the end of the day RUN THE RACE BACK AND STOP ARGUING

I’ve had two moments in my life where I got to hurt feelings. The first was my senior year of high school. I had a 72 F100 regular cab short bed 2 wheel drive with a 429 Super Cobra Jet with 600 to the wheels. I was at a stop light on a four lane going back to school from lunch. A kid I went to school with pulled up next to me in a fox body with a 351 in it. He had his girlfriend with him and he was being a dick. I lit up my back tires and when the light turned green I took off. When he came up to me in the parking lot he asked what was under the hood. I said it was a 302 or something. The second time when i was 20 and I had a 91 240 SX SE. I was following a guy I knew to a spot where a bunch of friends were meeting at. I knew the spot and I didn’t care too much for the guy. He had a 98 F250 with 351 he thought was fast. I toyed with him then blew past him out of a curve in front of our friends.

nah that doesnt make sense. if the course cant be completed then it aint a race. it has to be completed by one of the parties to be a race
