The current TH-cam 'meta' is to compile facts videos like these & release them all as one supercut. Incoming 77-minute video with 216 C:S II facts?
Amazing
after seeing GAM and CS in programming at universities (CS 120 for example) when I saw "216 C:S" it gave me a panic attack
I hope the Subscribe district has a tram line. I love when they Ring the Bell to Notify people that they're coming.
The tool that lets you set districts also has a tool that lets you edit area of things like landfills and specialized industries
Great advice about how to zone and where to find the information to use!
Another tip. If you build a road grid for housing etc., you can use the surface tool first and paint the desired surface then zone the buildings on top of it and they will grow like normal. But you can't delete the surface after they grow cause the buildings will delete also.
Useful tips, i never knew that zoning randomly can impact employment and commercial work (also what First???)
Funny thing for a new player here. I didn't know I could make back ups like I can in Satisfactory. My city is almost a hundred hours old at 120k population and on the verge of a huge death spiral. I think it has to do with my terrible road structure. I just don't know what to do since the fixes I need to do will kill off my residential area level 5 buildings. I don't play with mods. But, that move it mod would probably help. I am bad at this game. I don't know how to fix my problems other than losing population by fixing my roads and making 30k or more homeless people, lol. At least, if I fixed the roads, I could actually make some ok transit options other than my terrible bus layouts. September 10th is coming soon for Satisfactory 1.0 and I picked up this game to try it out.
Great advice!!!
keep it up :)
Oh heck yes let’s go
i wish they would make electricity less of a moneymaker. Its not really realistic and building a nuclear power plant practically gives you infinite money
Hi Toadie! Firstly I am enjoying with your videos about a week! Additionally, I have a question for you. I have a city with a population of 170,000, and I'm experiencing the same issue you have at 17:09 in your video. While the "unoccupied buildings" warning is active, no new construction is happening at all. I've read online that if you demolish those empty buildings, new ones will be built, but in a city this large it's very difficult to check each building individually and remove the empty ones. Do you have a simpler solution for this?
You can look on the Wealth map. If a building is fully empty, it will not show any wealth. If a building is partially empty, the best thing to do is to not zone anything new and wait for your demand to come up.
Stefan brings up probably the most valuable tip - using the wealth map. I need to write that one down! Only thing I have to add to their comment is just that "unoccupied buildings" can mean you've basically got unused zoning already laid down, so you may still be generating demand but it gets used immediately to fill out the zoning that's already down. Removing old zoning solves the problem as it already exists, but you can help to prevent it from happening in the first place by zoning very slowly. Neither are perfect, but bits to consider!
Valentine's Day having a meaningful impact is crazy. What was their thought when adding that to the game?!
Out of curiosity, does increasing/decreasing the electric budget make a difference in selling it
@@JP_Crimson I've found it does increase how much you're making and so exporting, but haven't actually seen it balance to a benefit money-wise. Should probably do a proper test here soon, eh?
@@ToadieZzz
Ah yeah, exporting, that what I meant
Do you have a new channel I don’t see live stream anymore here?
@@AladdineElMustapha1996 I stream on Twitch! Twitch.TV/ToadieZzz.
I'd love to stream here some more but time just isn't on my side right now. Maybe one day I can hop back. : )
