Please pull the drawer to the full extension, then you will find a plastic release lever (grey color). Pull the grey release lever and you should be able to pull the drawer out.
The diameter of temporary mounting holes are larger than permanent mounting holes. You may try to level the slide member and screw the permanent holes again.
How do you remove or take-out the drawer totally? I have one similar soft-close drawer slice under my wash basin but I just could not figure out how to remove out the drawer to clear the choke pipe.

KM Gan each side has a small plastic lever push one side up and the other side down and pull
