I'm a massage therapist and stumbled upon your channel tonight. Practically watched all your videos. Was such a nice refresher to see how somebody else approaches certain conditions. Thank you so much for sharing your work and skill. Really thorough and enjoyable
There are several tips concerning treating tennis elbow naturally apply ice packs on the affected region consuming celery can help take omega-3 supplements use a hot potato pack to help pain (I read these and why they work from trevs remedy tactic site )
I LOVE YOU! Thank you for sharing and constantly reiterating the importance of making the client feel connected to you by connecting them to themselves! Lol the body is ONE… Although it has multiple parts… it is ONE and each individual part affects all the others!
Nice work, Allison! I appreciate the clear explanations of what you're doing & the anatomy references. I'll practice your arm/hand methods on my sister, which she'll really love. She's a retired PT, & for awhile specialized in therapy for the hands. After her, I'll be ready to use with clients. Thanks for your wonderful videos!
Besides the neck, the hands, and forearms are my favorite body parts to work on my clients! Our hands are So over looked, and we Massage Therapists need this work ourselves so badly! Thank you, for yet another informative and helpful video! keep them coming! XO
I've learned so much from your videos! I use a lot of your techniques and my clients love them. You are awesome and how I wish I could receive a massage from you!!
This video and the work you do are brilliant. I admire your detail and attention to every muscle in the arm and hand. I work with tennis players, golphers, other lmts and pts that use their hands for work, and baseball players. This video was so helpful. Thank you
Thank you so much for providing such amazing and thorough content! I'll be graduating as an LMT in 10 weeks! I really enjoy watching your videos and then applying your techniques on classmates and clients in clinic; THANK YOU! :)
You are so amazing!! Thank you so much for all your knowledge. I try to use your techniques during my massages, but sometimes forget little steps. I love your attention to detail! :)
I just love, love, love your videos. As a fairly new LMT, your videos are so helpful in thinking up of new techniques and explaining to clients what I’m doing. I’m grateful! Many, many thanks. 😊
I love your videos. Super. Mesmerizing. ASMR-level stuff and from what I can see you're the Ace on the Tube; very few channels compare to your level of execution and depth of knowledge.. Wish I had a million bucks and fly out to your clinic and book you solid for a week. Thanks for your great work
Lovely tension releasing work. Can work on fingers in more detail too. When my hands get tired between treatments I run them under very cold water as well as massaging them myself! This refreshes and revitalises them !
The detailed work in this video is unbelievable. (And must feel soooo good!) As an MT I am starting to wonder if I can possibly fit all of this into a 50 minute routine! (And I want to!)
Your also working some reflexology moves on the had . This is a fantastic massage I'm going to use this looks amazing . Would love to come to you but being in England it's a bit too far lol
Thank you for all the information. It is so helpful 🙏. I would love to get some tips, tools, techniques on self-care in regards to fingers, hands for massage therapists from you. I give strong massages and use my fingers a lot. After a week of lots of clients I notice my hands and fingers are quite affected. Would love to hear tips from you on preventing those strains and tools for recovery. Thanks so much for all the information you share 🙏
I have a client who has ulnar claw-- her pinkie and ring finger permanently flexed in curled position (physically can not uncurl them)happened after a car accident and ulnar nerve damage. What specifics would you do to help her. Huni
Hi Allison, thank you for all of your insight! I notice you use your hands a lot, as do I. Do you have self care tips you recommend to therapist or clients.
This is a hard one to answer briefly, but aside from using my forearms and elbows a lot (which I do - it's just not easy to film) any work you do has GOT to come from your core. Even if you think you're using your core, rely on it even more. That and I get a LOT of massages.
I'm curious... some of my male clients have very strong, thick hands.... they typically have heavy occupations such as farming or heavy duty mechanics. The skin is very thick and the muscles have a hard tone, which creates resistance. How would you approach this?
Very similar approach just with more depth and more communication. This is often the case and you can create more pressure with the use of your knuckles and even forearms and elbows with the hand flush on the table. Best of luck!
Absolutely amazing! I am a recent graduate and I am loving the look of the butters on your site. I would love to try a sample before investing. Is that ppssible?
I am not sitting while I'm working. Although it's tricky to film and work so my mechanics are compromised. But in general, I do not sit down unless I am working on the neck in the supine position.

Are you sitting while working on her arm/hand? I know some of my colleagues do sit but I stand and wondering what’s best? TIA
I am not sitting while I'm working. Although it's tricky to film and work so my mechanics are compromised. But in general, I do not sit down unless I am working on the neck in the supine position.
