    Loving the spacious modern interior paired with the vintage exterior. Wouldnt feel tired waking up to the view from that balcony either.

    It’s so cool to see this house, on TH-cam. I walk by it every other day on my morning runs. I always assumed somebody was moving right in, but I guess it was just a realtor.

    The lack of a garden is obvious, but the house itself is nicely done.

    Stunning architecturally significant home in such a desired location. Who ever staged this home did a great job of showing all the different possible uses of the space. 10/10 would go have a look at this home

      It's a crackhead neighborhood, I worked in the area.

    this was our family home in the 70's and 80's... amazing reno... completely different floor plan.. beautiful.. so.. i hope they fixed the insulation between 326 and 328.. .. cuz for nearly 3 mil.. (purchased initially for about $25,000 before the hood was gentrified).. you would hope that you're not going to hear/smell your neighbours walking up the stairs to scream at each other with the dogs barking (cuz at the end of this street is a HUGE park so this is dog-dale) while making what must have been 'burnt' sometime every morning.. and.... the balcony was so badly over run by pigeons you couldn't open the door to get outside in the summer... looks like they fixed that little issue... or at least the drone scared them away for the video... the craze out here in Alberta is the 'skinny'.. 2 long thin domiciles on 1 lot, i realized now why that's so familiar to me!

    What a gorgeous house. I've lived in an all-white wall home in the past, and I must say it is quite a pain to keep having to wipe it own all the time of all the time, esp when you have kids

      @@iammeliaskhan Except it's not a good area. This is right by Sherbourne one of the biggest crack addict neighborhoods, I used to work around there. People smoking crack on the bus, inside the tim hortons, This is what I saw myself

    • @nicklemen
      @nicklemen 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yeah they completely stripped it of any original features.

    • @orangewedges
      @orangewedges 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Agreed. Yet again just another boring run-of-the-mill reno with no uniqueness or originality. I guess all the architects and interior decorators went to the same school or something because all the houses over the last few years look the same.

    What is the fascination with the Dining Room at the door entrance? And the Master Suite with no privacy? I've been seeing a lot of these renovations and I can't grasp WHY???

    Can someone explain the architectural obsession with the glass in the stairs? Please and thank you.

    • @venomtang
      @venomtang 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sure, it gives both a contemporary and modern look, and also makes the space look larger by being see through. It's become a staple of these investment houses

    • @stephaniefagan1736
      @stephaniefagan1736 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@venomtang, thank you. I find it off putting in some of the older homes. The ultramodern I understand the use of glass.

    • @agnesf2659
      @agnesf2659 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nine times out of ten when you see glass in the stairs in some small space, it means the designer would not like you to find it's not spacious enough. Safety is not their priority. Top goal is to let people feel it's larger than it really is.

    It is so obvious from just looking that the roof needs to be redone. Buyers should take advantage to get a price reduction. If that is even such a thing anymore.

    was this house staged?

    • @venomtang
      @venomtang 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      They are all staged. 99% of these houses were bought, destroyed, rebuild and sold. When you see these modern houses they were made directly to sell, no one has lived in them. I've gone to see myself, spoken to realtors, etc

      Roof is actually slate! The owner can choose to wash off the oxidation, but it’s in good condition.

    nice house but that area is one of most unsafe place in downtown area, full of drug user and near by is homeless shelter, most Toronto homeless are crackhead and very violence. few people die in that south of Sherburne area form getting shot by stranger.
