This is one of the few houses I've seen where I wouldn't change a thing. I love all of the rooms, the sizes and the decor!!! This would make sure a beautiful home for me. :)
Of all the homes you've ever shown, and they ALL have value, merit and beauty, this one in particular took my breath away. The seating alone could accommodate well over 100 people. Thank u so much 4 sharing this epic and supremely crafted home. And now I will turn my attention 2 my own modest cape cod style home and try 2 create some magic of my own.😅🎇
Great rooms and demensions, a well thought out layout and very tasteful. This is one of the most beautiful homes I have seen,it looks like a real home not just a great house.
I am in LOVE with this house, the street esthetics makes it even more appealing. Out of all the house touring channels this is the Home I would want to purchase. I am in LOVE 😍
Absolutely and perfectly gorgeous home! The mix of era and style is so well-done, and I wouldn’t change one thing if this happened through some miracle to be mine.
I had a friend that lived on Walmer, near Casa Loma. The house had a history, to be certain, but mostly looked like it had been a boarding house at one time. The house next door was, so its possible it could have been. I lived in TO for a year and loved every minute.
AAAAHHHH I LOVE IT SO MUCH! Absolutely stunning, top 5 houses on this channel. Only thing that makes it not a hit out of the park is the kitchen. While absolutely gorgeous, there’s no island, and that’s a must have for me.
Love it. This is a designated Heritage house, built in 1891. It’s located in one of Toronto’s oldest and poshest neighbourhoods. It’s price is not even listed to the general public (i.e. if you have to ask, you can’t afford it.). My guess is that it’s around $5.5 - $6 million.
The architecture is so beautiful one knows it's an older home but the owner has more than done it justice in ever last room. Traditional furnishings, beautifully decorated, amazing to me. Not to overlook the grounds and gorgeous balconies. A1+++
What an amazing renovation on this house. It has enough bedrooms, and they aren't postage stamp sized. Beautiful rooms everywhere - nothing was left untouched. About the only thing I can see is - by the time one might be able to afford the $ millions this one costs, you could be approaching the age where stairs, in a 3 story plus basement, might be problematic. A small elevator would have been perfect, although I don't see any particular room or rooms I'd give up for the space required. Perhaps a garage is at the back?
Its so sad that some people will never be able to enjoy the confort of living in a house like this. When I was a child, before falling asleep I would look up and stare at the conrugated cement roof and imagine how great it would be if we had a proper ceiling. How inocent. But sad.
I share your sentiment and have often wished the same thing. But what truly makes a home is the love, respect, compassion and beautiful sacred memories created by the people or persons living there. I share this thinking that if the family I grew up with had this house they would have still displayed the same barbaric cruelty towards me and others. I craved understanding as a child and acceptance. The adults in my family were too poorly developed emotionally and psychologically 2 even consider me as a human being. Funny thing is I've outlived them all and am determined 2 be happy and fulfilled I hope your home as it stands is your sanctuary. Peace and love.
@@babymoon5282 To be quite frank I couldn't agree more. I could tell u stories but we all collectively have enough 2 be depressed about as it is. Stay safe.😅
Wow . All that gorgeous chairrail and the vaulted ceilings, the built ins truly spectacular.. is this a Rosedale address? Regardless 111 Givens is still my all time favorite. Wonderful city Toronto...wonderful people
Makes me want to move to Canada. That if they want another American living there. But my family did live in that area before they came to the states back in the 1860s .
Beautiful. The home builder should have included an elevator in the design. How to they enjoy the private living spaces with having to struggle with the amenities. For instances suppose having they owners wanted brunch or tea? I agree stairs only is an issue.
This home had to sell for 3 million, this a conservative estimate . These people had expensive taste. The house seems like it was customed built or they has an excellent decorator . The kitchen is fabulous ! I wonder why the owner would sell this house , it is done up for living a certain life style.
Yes. That austere laundry room in the depths of the basement is a dead giveaway. Besides, the owners would be far too busy trying to pay for the thing.

WOW! I was not expecting anything like this!! This house is breathtaking. The character!! I watched 3 times to make sure i didnt miss anything!

Yep, 6 million 775k
This house is insane.....amazing
This house is so beautiful ..
So classy and tasteful
Just Beautiful!! 😍😍😍😍😍
I love how every floor has a living room.
Lovely house with two drawbacks - the tiny garden and the reduced height bedrooms in the roof space. The ground floor rooms are great
Loved the house but especially enjoyed the music and camera work!
Beautiful home. I’m in love.
Wow. My favourite house I’ve seen in a long time
This channel is just amazing
Beautiful home. Good use of space.

Magnificent. This is one serious house.
Beautiful home..... I would love to own it someday
I love this home! It is unique in its design and color scheme. It felt like home in every room! Just wish they would have given the specs. ❤
Am surprised at the size inside, looking from outside it looks much Smaller
In Toronto this is legitimately considered a mansion. It’s $6.8 million
Absolutely stunning!
Wow! Lovely home.
Downstairs layout is odd but I love it!!! It is different than a lot of the homes shown on this channel. And the study is just amazing 😍😍😍

So... I'm saving this in the event that I win the lottery and need a rich person home to live in.
Can I come , then ?

A beautiful home.
I really love this house.
Truly beautiful 😍 💖
Beautiful
For the family that requires space it's perfect. There are so many options to get away from one another 😂😊 Your kids would never want to leave 😜
Two dining rooms/tables ... they don't even have to eat together.
Beautiful ❤️!
Que bella casa🥰🥰
Дом шикарный!!!! Это лучшее пока видео о доме!!!!
Gorgeous house but extremely close to very busy and noisy traffic (Mt Pleasant Road)--easy walk to Bloor St however 👍
0:42 Why stage these 2 chairs in front of the fireplace???? Love the music though...
Amazing upstairs in this one.
absolutely marvelous..
This house is lovely but the beat on the sound track hit hard AF 😩😩
$6.775 million! Woah!
I didn't want the tour to end!!! Who decorated the home?
Beautiful house, deserves a larger lot.
That was impressive! Was the 3rd floor the maids rooms organized? Or the kids rooms? 👍🇺🇸😷🤔
Love love the kitchen.
Loved this
This house ia awesome.
Gorgeous house!!
Best one yet!
It would be nice if -- just once -- you mentioned the neighborhood where the house resides!
Love this house
Fabulous !
Let's be honest, that interior designer is something of a genius or could it be their immediate crew doing the glorious schemes.

There r so many chairs 🪑 in this home my bum hurts!!
Perfect!
The outside reminds me of a castle 🤔
wow....just wow
Beautiful house
Lovely BGM
Toronto has a lot of narrow lot homes. Is it because the city is densely populated with limited space?
Okay…this might actually be my future house. You could’ve just stopped the video after the kitchen.
Is a dollhouse view coming to the site?

Maintaining it in pristine order and keeping it clean must be a full-time job. Impossible without hired help.
