Its nice to take a slow flight and chill instead of the airliner hustle.
Just want to make you aware of a small bug regarding the engine units, when you're using external view they struggle to render into the model or they render in and out at random. Obviously it isnt a game breaking but maybe worth having a look at 😎

I use a LOD system to be able to display the 4 million polygons of the zeppelin.
Some parts therefore disappear when they are not visible.
The speed of reappearance depends on the PC/console used but also on the speed of the MSFS servers which are sometimes quite bad.
I hope MSFS2024 will improve things ^^
Thanks for a very helpful video. This, and your training flight, coupled with Jay-Dee's truly outstanding presentation, are enough to get me started. You brought out a number of points that I hadn't considered. I live on the East Coast and will fly out of Lakehurst. Perhaps an East Coast video to showcase even more of the features of your wonderful creation will be possible at some point in the future. By the time that your premium version is ready, I hope to know enough about your Hindenburg to be worthy of it.

I decided to purchase this today and see how my 4 year old gaming laptop would do with it. Sadly it didn't stand a chance. 1 core on my processor gets maxed out. Graphics card, ram, and the rest of the processor are all happily running at 50% or less. I had several CTD's before finally loading in. Once inside the LZ-129, my frame rates were so low it was pretty much unplayable. I'll keep playing around with settings and hopefully find something that works but I'm a little discouraged after seeing this video where even the developer's frame rates drop a lot. Hopefully some later updates will help us low-end gamers out.
you should test autofps to improve the frame rate... but there is a minimal config for sure...
@@redwingteam7540 Thanks for the reply. I actually had a nice stable flight yesterday. I discovered the lite versions in the liveries and turned off all air traffic. Gorgeous aircraft you guys have created! I really appreciate all of the time you've put into modeling every clickable object and system, even if I can't play with them all yet.
I purchased this (addon roughly 5 days ago,from time of commenting) from the MSFS 2020 Marketplace. One issue I have is with tilting(to the sides). Who has tips and tricks we can all use in order to not,tilt to the sides?
The tilting happens when flying the airship in a crosswind. Gentle crosswind component will tilt it slightly, but 15 knots or more and it's horrid. As far as I know, the original did not tilt in crosswind any more than fish tilt when swimming between the banks of a river. The solution, at present, is either to always steer directly or close to directly into the prevailing wind, or to eliminate wind by disabling RW live weather. That's a shame, as live weather arguably the best realism feature of MSFS. I hope they fix this flight model flaw soon, as I'll not dummy down the sim to weather presets.
Is it due to a strong lateral wind? AI engineer should work to manage bank and tilt.

Greetings. Is there anywhere some sort of known bugs list public? did a ~4 hour flight yesterday and after 1.5-2 hours my gyropilot/compass (heading autopilot) suddenly stopped working and the overpressurevalve for gascell 12 didnt really worked. venting gas was modelled and shown in the clipboard but it never actually vented anything. it stayed this way the whole flight. i didnt wanted to manually blow out hydrogen out of gascell 12 because that will dump a lot and i dont really wanna do that, being it the cell above the passengerstructure. otherwise the zep is a lot of fun imo and looks fantastic. really really heavy on frames though^^

gas cell 12 is always full at startup because of 50 people below...so as soon as you go up in altitude the gas cells will go over 100% up to 120%...and ventilation will occur.
after a while it should stop (but 2 hours its long... you are right)
repaired in next 0.1.1 update... thanks for bug help
I'm wondering how this performs on the xBox series X?? Will the premium version be a free update or a separate purchase once it's ready?? In any case it looks great on the videos so far, if a bit complex
