look no one can teach this like you I am looking for people to teach me this cause I was trying to join the army and I'm happy now cause I found you do you do one on one teaching
Hi everyone! Thank you for your kind words and thoughtful responses. I'm adding more math videos to my channel, feel free to check them out for more math help!
If that's the case, what is the problem asking you to figure out? When you "solve" a proportion you are looking for the value that will make it a true, meaning it will be proportional. If you have 4 numbers, you can't "solve" the proportion. The problem might want you to just check to see if they are proportional.
I don't think this is unit rate because isn't unit rate a proportion where you have to find try to find the variable for one unit like 3/36=1/x. What you did was proportions with variables it was still a good video though.
In Chicago, the tax on a property assessed at $320,000 is $4,160. If tax rates are proportional in this city, how much would the tax be on a property assessed at $520,000? how do you work this problem
Honestly, I can't thank you enough for your precise explanation. You have made it very easy for me to comprehend. Thanks kindly!
curriedpie Thank YOU! Glad to be of help :-)
You actually teach better than my math teacher, thanks for helping me actually understand this, thank you so much
You are the best, I wish you were my teacher.
Love how you write 😍
thanks a lot for this explanation, it really helped me understand alot more about ratios
Math teacher sent me here who else is in HMS?
lmao same
thank you soo much i have the parcc test tomorrow and i was having a bit of trouble on unti rate
shenice jeanlouis I hope your PARCC went well! Never let a test like that determine your value, you are so much smarter than 1 test could ever show
thank you you've helped me a lot
I'm subscribing thnx for helping me!!

teaching
Glad I can help!
You're making it harder than it has to be. You could have just divided 178 by 3 and times 10 in the very beginning. Easy
Thank you! I understand a bit better now!
all u had to do was divide 178 by 3 which equals 59.33 then u multiply Ur answer by 10 which equals 593.33
Ratio ang proportion isn't totally difficult, but i like to thank for mor info and other way to solve this😊
thanks mr bull
Thank you very much for this. ❤️
thank you do much it was a big help but I hope and wish that you will show 6 grade how to do it in a easier way. thanks again

ok
Man my teacher sent me here
What if a problem has four numbers and doesn't have a variable? Would you still do the same thing?

Hi maam, can you made a blog how to solve a Age problems pls 😔

Or u can just divide 178 and 3 to make it easier
wouldn't you say that x is approximately equal to the answer?

$320,000/$4,160 =$520,000/x, then solve as in a proportion.
Thanks
what I dis was to divide 178 miles by 3, then I multiplied the quotient by 10 and the answer was 593 without decimals. am I wrong?
Thanks
can you be my teacher
593.3 repeating
V. Nice.
im 6th grade :)
thx
Why couldn’t u just multiply 178 and 10 then divide answer by 3
You could! That's another way to solve this problem.
What does equivalent rates means? Hehe
