IKR the fact that these people have to use a thing called common sense... day in day out while working with dangerous machinery rather than being tied to strict safety rules and warning signs saying danger of death.. a place where the words "fook about and find out..." are permenantly being whispered in their ears blows my mind.... and i bet their mortality rate is still less than the uk.. where people have to be told not to drink bleach or jam their hands in a meat grinder....natural selection needs to be left to winnow out the chaff in this world
These machines look like prototypes, before they were finished and made automated. But at least they create work. And these guys work *Really* hard. Total Respect. Although again, ...molten metal with *Bare Exposed Feet.* Insane.
This work is not hard,it's monoton. The same hand gesture all day long.I would go crazy after some days.(I'm talking about the canmakers, the rest I didn't see)
And those chemical baths that boil and fume...mmmm gotta be good for the lungs....lest we forget that a lot of the workers ar around 12 - 14 yrs old. Notice that there are few older men. The only old timer I saw was the guy on the molten steel cricible, and it looks like he got a hot splatter to the face before they cut away.....
Just goes to show you how much influence OSHA has on American Manufacturing, and the subsequent affect on the price of goods made in the USA. Basically none of these processes could exist here, by law, in the USA. No PPE, barefeet, loose clothing, no machine guards or E-stops, etc. By our standards, all these jobs are insane.

Amazing and terrifying, they do an amazing work with the most basic machines, no guards, no covered footwear, what looks to be an acid bath then possibly a caustic wash by all the reactions, intense fumes no masks, finally saw one young man with gloves, making alligator battery clips , not forgetting that centrifuge oh my, I just pray they all go home unscathed

Ain't no way, it be like 3 doobies in the morning, 3 doobies at break,, 5 doobies at lunch and then sneak in the back if I have to and hit some more doobies. I'd have to go to work with at least a ounce in my pocket every day. Just look how excited they are to go to work every day. Now that's my kind of work. Same thing everyday 10-hour days, 6 days a week all year long. Making pennies on the dollar. I bet the boys are happy. Then after the paint cans I got to deal with the stank sandal refurbishing. Hell nahhhh, dirty ass work
I am thinking more like several thousand years... since shoes were invented. I can't even comprehend how these people exist in such filth everywhere. Like, every video of people wearing those weird long shirts, no one ever wears shoes. At most, some sandals, but still there feet are absolutely filthy. I do realize I am coming from a first world perspective, but damn people, it's 2024 for christ-sakes!

Seems to be a lot of disparity in who does what, some guys like the one who puts the bottoms on the can work like crazy, as well as the one putting the spot welded handle holders on, then you have others just standing around waiting to push half a plastic handle on, I hope the ones working at 10 x the speed are getting paid more
And not one of the cans are washed afterwards so paint is poured in and your nice white satin paint contains dust and debris from the manufacturing process. Tin of tomatoes anyone?

They don't care if they do. They know this world is temporary and they have God. They made it to adulthood, it is all down hill from there. I am from Oklahoma and was raised in the depression. You eat to live when times are hard and you live to eat when times are good. They seem content and well fed to me.
Yes, it is truly heartbreaking to see people, especially vulnerable individuals, working in poor conditions for very little pay. It highlights the importance of addressing labor rights, fair wages, and safe working environments globally. People working in such harsh conditions often face:
Kudos to these hard-working MEN.
They are definitely the masters of handling a product more than necessary.
I find it AMAZING that these wonderful factory’s don’t have ANY SAFTY SHIELDING AROUND THE MACHINES

cheaper to replace worker then to supply mask and glasses
Oh my gosh! Fantastic! What a surprise the final product is. Thank you. The employees work so hard .
I hope theis factory's never change to a modern ones .because these hard workers never loses their jobs
Maybe not losing the job till they go crazy of doing the same hand gesture all day long.
I would go crazy.

It’s about giving as many people as possible a job

а мы смогли бы так работать-в таких условиях?

Nice to see those worn out machines from WW1 ae still going strong.

all
Labour is cheap, probably pay them about 20 cans in wages a day

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WORKMANSHIP!!! BLESSINGS ❤❤❤😊😊😊
Driving the hinge screws in with a hammer, classic.

No, it is 1850.

Рабочие люди!!!

First video, the paint can factory, I am surprised that they don’t throw each one on the floor over and over again.
What was the last product? The hinged, wooden thing?.
Maybe food mold 🤣
It is a lemon or citrus squeezer.
New cans are contaminated with human hands before they even leave the factory. 😆
Amazing how they handle concentrated hydrochloric acid......🤭
And caustic soda.🤐
I had no idea how many people it takes to make a paint can, it's no wonder a gallon of paint costs $50.
Each of them probably makes 50 cents an hour.
Think some of them were there for the video, think they have to work harder than we were seeing.
Inprecionante está fábrica de faze lata de tinta,,só tem um porém ninguém utiliza EPI óculos de proteção protetor o ricular luvas só três estão de luvas ainda só numa mão 😮
Only problem here is there is no health and safety. But they get the job done total respect.
Now if it were an American factory each person would be doing a lot more work
Your videos have beginning, but not ending!!! What are these things? Specially the last two things?!!!
It says at the bottom of the screen under each section. National iron weight plate and lemon squeezer.
Do these people have never seen a work bench or table before? Or do they love to work on the ground?
In that country I think there are shortage of safety shoes, in all the video's I've seen from this country all the worker's are bare foot or sleepers
Capìtalism is good, you just need to see all this videos, so nice, i love them.
So they did not care about the huge scrape in the paint can to show the finished product? Odd.
I had to rewind to check this and there it was. A scratched and dented tin lol 😂😂😂

They definitely work hard, but the pay off doesn't out way a hard days work
I really enjoy these videos the only thing is I wish you would mention the name of the things that are made. 👏👏👏🧑🏻🦳
Yes! What, for instance is the last wood device made for?
Installing screw nails on hinges is quicker using a hammer.
If you want to remove the hinges then you can use the hinges.🤣
Yes sir, you are right!
Hammering the screws is quicker not stronger but quicker??
I've seen shoes made from tyres but never tyers made from shoes

What is the role for the Last thing?
"Amazing skills" haha ha! oh okay, "skilled" is a ridiculous overstatement for India/Pakistan, but whatever makes you feel good. 🤣
Well what a great video, everyone new there job and done it well great thank you😅

02:49 Cheap ZOMBIE labour.
I’ve seen them make nails. So why are they hammering screws?
Hammering in the screws

What is the last device used for? Looks like a garlic crusher.
Lemon squeezer.
Для колки грецких орехов тоже сгодится!!
There might be 400 to make cans but they have a job at least. No time for checking tinder.
That's the point'.
It's sad to see some of the working conditions and I hope they don't get cancer.

Oh their backs must be killing them. Surely there is a way to get production off the floor. Such monotonous work.
The ground and water systems must be so contaminated.
The final work on the product is done outside the factory, on the sidewalk at the side of the road. Amazing.
