I was watching her in another video and she did this jump and brought her knees all the way up while wearing those stilettos, I would have ended up in the hospital!

She knows how to look cool while being natural seductive. She is so intense in her moves, fast, hypnotic, with a lot of power and confidence - like a peace of art or an act, which draws or pulls you in this hypnotic scene, this moments she feels. That´s what "dance to express not to impress" means.
