Thank you! I tend to stick to older sci fi, like Dune and the older Star Wars novels, like Timothy Zahn's Thrawn trilogy. A lot of newer sci fi's tend to have blurbs that leave me uninterested in them. I do enjoy Richard Weyand's stuff. His Empire series is just *chefs kiss*.
