    I love my vintage Venus pencils. The Venus Drawing pencil was THE pencil that started my pencil journey so many years ago. Very nice variety of pencils you have there, thanks for sharing.

    Hi MAMO - whenever I see a cigar box I know I'm in for a fun tour of your vintage pencil collection! Way back when in high school, I saw a lot of Velvet pencils around, although for the name I didn't think they were especially velvety smooth. This was in contrast to Velvet peanut butter (made in Michigan) which was my absolute favorite growing up. I'm always amazed at the diversity of your collection and appreciate you sharing it with us!

    I have never looked at pencils like this before. The beauty of your channel is that you gift the viewer a chance to slow down and appreciate the details of fine craftsmanship. Do you like to use a particular pencil sharpener?

      @@theintrovertedyoutuber I have a few pencils sharpeners I like to use, and they sometimes make an appearance on my channel.
      Very kind of you. Slowing down to appreciate simple objects is really what this channel is about. And I don't really know why!

    I don't have any particular interest in Venus as a brand, but this was a nice watch, MAMO. Perfect mood to unwind after a workday as the sunlight fades into dusk.

      @@ma-mo It is very much a win. This is on the same level as a travel vlog or a cooking video, just chilled enjoyment.

    Hey there, you happen to also have the original Velvet (the brown colored non-Venus branded one)?
    Venus pencils are pretty underappreciated as a brand. Though it gave us Col-Erase and Velvet brands. Both are now gone sadly.

      @@CRxTRDud3 doubtful. Don't think I've come across one, unless it happens to still be in the Uncategorized part of my collection.

    Venus and American Pencil Company Pencils are pretty good, but they increasingly hard to find... And if you do find some rare vintage... be prepared to bankrupt your bank account.

      @ma-mo  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@immanuel_shadowhammonds2813 Exactly why so many pencils in my collection are sharpened and used: new, pristine examples are very hard to come by, while sharpened ones are almost given away. Thanks!
