I think it'd also be cool to see a tutorial revolving around water theme project like one you've done in the past. Maybe combining it in a project from blender>photoshop>AE to perhaps create a looping animation?

That tip for the grass is huge! I can see lots of other uses for it. Are the particles are affected by the 3D lights too or just the values from the texture underneath?
in Kristoff tutorial, he use emission shader for the grass. so it doesnt receive shadow. but you can edit the material, so it receive shadow as well.
Please, what settings you use for the render? I mean for it to look not pixelated for the paint over phase?

Great video! quick question why is that you use world shader and a second sunlight combined to tint shadows?
World shader will brighten every dark areas uniformly. Sun light will only brighten the direction of the sun light is casting

in 01:35, this object texture is 100% drawn texture? or made by blender node? (p.s : if this object texture is drawn texture, what program did you use for handpainting texture?)
fully photoshop painting
How did you create the leaves on the tree made with the addon?
You can create with the sappling add on, but I convert the Sappling from curve to mesh and put a particle system (with leaves model ) on it
