Opeth is a similar band that went from black metal to 70s fusion-prog over a span of 25 years.
Yeah I didn’t enjoyed it as much as the rest of their discography but still there where some genius songs and moments ! I still love that band to death and everything they do 🤘
Dude. So Mastodon is one these bands I've tried to get into for years and it finally *clicked*. It's such a cool unique experience to watch somebody else go through the same journey. You rock out f***in hard and your first impressions are bang on. This channel deserves to be huge. Keep it up.
