  • The new film "Flamin' Hot" shows underdog Richard Montañez's meteoric rise at Frito-Lay after inventing one of America's favorite snacks. Actress Eva Longoria makes her directorial debut and appeared on “The View” to promote her new film. However, The L.A. Times is throwing cold water on the sizzling story, calling Montañez, "The man who didn't invent Flamin’ Hot Cheetos." Inside Edition's Sibila Vargas has more.

And in addition, the movie mentions that Enrico apparently was already aware of that himself, but he wanted to continue investing in Richard because he believed in authenticity and Latino roots over artificial, lab grown experiments any day of the week. He cared more so about the people and their culture and his company's multi million dollar level projects and so he put his faith and money in Rich and in turn putting his faith and money into the greater Latino community as a whole.
