Yikes that bar upon entry is an eyesore. Enclose it and make a needed coat closet. Living room size is awesome 👍 and the arches are beautiful. Spacious kitchen and a big sink at the window. Dining area is a great size. The pantry space is a prepper / canners dream. And it keeps getting better. That laundry room is my dream. That first br would be my craft room. I love all of the bdrms and storage and bathrooms. I even like the outside colors. Tyfs
That has to be the largest pantry I've ever seen. The half bath in the utility room is a plus! I love the whole master suite with the dual walk-in closets, and that is the prettiest master bath you've shown so far! 😍

Love this home! I’m not crazy about islands, but with the cooktop in the island, I love it. Wouldn’t change a thing except to add a fireplace. This is an AMAZING home!

Nice place. I'd want a covered porch on the front. Bring the wider roof line out about 8 feet. I don't care for that bar area near the entrance. Leave the sink out of it and use it as a drop zone for mail, keys, gloves, and such. It is crazy to have a large house and not have an entry Coat Closet for guests. I'd want a Basement foundation so Bedroom 4 would be partially used for the stairwell. Use part of it for a good size Coat Closet. Since there would be a basement the HVAC and WH would go down there making room for a good size Coat Closet in the Utility Room.
Wow, just Wow! This place is something else, Nate! Only a few things I'd change. #1) I'd put a wood-burning stove or fireplace in the living room. Not sure I like those columns. Would probably try and have part of them closed off, just have openings at each end. #2) I hate the cook stove being in the island! So I'd see if we could change that and then put in a gas cook stove. Would cut the island down and put wheels on it. Microwave is up too high for me; as I can't climb I can't use a stool either, so it would have to be moved. We both Love that Pantry!!! No place for a freezer though, not even in the utility room the way it is. Don't like that either, but can put the freezer in the garage we'd add at the utility room outside door. We'd really like to have a pet bath in the utility room, so probably remove some of the cabinets and the sink area to put one in. (Our big dogs have to go down to the creek to bathe now, and in wintertime they won't do so as it's too cold!) #3) We'd leave the smaller guest bedroom alone, except for fixing the closet for a bedroom closet. But the other two guest bedrooms would be my Library Music Studio Office Room, with a small sitting area. #4) I love the double closets in the Master Bedroom! But in the Bathroom we'd have to put a door on the shower, and remove the shown tub so I can have a handicapped tub. The commode area looked like there was plenty of room! Doesn't happen often! Carpets in the living room and bedrooms and sitting area in the Library only. Porches all way around to the garage. Some porches enclosed and some just covered. The place is a little pricey, but to be expected since everything is. But this is a very nice house and we both liked it pretty good!! Good video Nate! God bless you and your family.
Add a fireplace and it's about as perfect as it gets. Love the down draft vent in cook top. Always more efficient than hood and no dust catching eyesore to clean.
Beautiful home , love the wood and colors of the counter tops and tile, just remove the wet bar and cabinets and get credit for a Gas log or wood burning traditional style fireplace in the living room. Has lots of closet space and fantastic linen closet space. My only pet peeve is that you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the laundry but even that isn't quite as bad as others because you are not walking past the stove or ovens or even the sink so that is a major plus and your guest's can use the 1/2 bath and not interrupt your cooking flow and they have a bit more privacy because of where it's located. Like the exterior look.

Nate, this is a grandiose home just like you said it was! I love the floor plan….. would have to add a gas or wood burning fireplace, gas stove and tankless water heater to it. Of course, I’d remove the carpet, square the sinks and upgrade shower head. But for the $300,000.00+ plus price I would do that myself. Even though I love this home I think the outside colors are atrocious! It takes away from the curb appeal. My daughter has just the spot to put this home on. Blessings to you and your family Nate. Absolutely love this home!! Just a couple minor changes 1) No carpet. 2) Add a pet bath to the utility room. 3) I’m not a big fan of the stove being on the island, I would actually switch the stove and sink, although the window above the sink is amazing, I would opt for two smaller windows and an above the stove hood. 4) I do feel a house that big does deserve a bigger refrigerator. 5) I would take out those two hall closets, make the “Hers” closet a little smaller then expand the hall bath to make it bigger, if that gives enough room, I would put a stand alone bath and a tile shower and make the hall bath as luxurious as the master bath. 6) Take the tiles in the showers all the way up to the ceiling. I think with those changes, this would be the perfect home!!!
You do make as many changes as I do! Just not always the same ones. I actually hate having the cook stove or the sink in the islands. If they can't be moved it's a deal breaker for me. Also want a pet shower!
Love your suggestions, this is my absolute favorite home on the market. I'm a big gardener, so that pantry alone is perfect for storage and I have 2 chest freezers that have a years worth of meat, the utility room could be without the half bath for the freezer space.
Great home! Love that all the bedrooms are on the same side of the house, love all the storage, and the 4th room (5 kids over here!) I don't love the stove in the center island. Love a big empty island I can set all the kids around to do a project or baking or whatever.
A lot to like. Love the bare flooring in LR, DR and Kitchen. BR 4 could be an office. I would put a wood stove in corner of LR. Best type of pantry IMO. The worst part is the 14 month build time. Thanks for the tour

I like too see a bigger refrigerator and larger trim, and please explain tell the height of home interior ceiling. 9 feet is a most for all 22 and up model’s and storm windows.

I agree with the "nothing in the island, no stove and no sink" statement! If the sink it stove can't be moved, it's a deal breaker for me! Love the layout, the arches, angels and double door closets. I’d make a few adjustments to give it more of a modern flair, but this is really nice.
