Very informative video. I have doubt- My company has started the visa process and says I cannot leave the UK until the decision is made and BRP is issued. In the UK website, it only mentions that you can't leave until the decision is made, but the BRP thing isn't mentioned. I already have a student BRP valid until 24 January. If we have confidence i think we can try. There is no reject until unless we are doing wrong means froud?. It may get delayed. Biometric will verify all documents before submission anyhow. If you are in uk more than one year i think no need to show bank balance. I don't much knowledge about your query, sorry. I suggest please check any one recently applied or negotiate solicitor money

While filling wife and son form I have 2 questions that I am not able to understand First is Evidence of funds in which they are asking if you(dependant) are relying on evidence of funds available for your maintenance and accommodation provided by GULFRAZ AHMED in their application. (Keeping in mind, I will not provide any funds details as it will be mentioned in my cos that the sponsor agrees to certify my maintenance). It's a YES/NO question. 2nd is Visa Evidence of the main applicant(In our case, it's me). I would not have any visa as we are applying together so what to attach here. This question is from the documents section and one needs to mark it checked before moving ahead in filling the form. I hope you have understood my above questions, if not can we talk on skype or any medium so you can help me here? Thanks in advance
I need to check my documents for this, overall if you are coming here first time or your employer not covered, I think you need to maintain funds in your bank else you no need or staying more than one year. Please note I am not expert, please check with solicitor?. Any how I will check with docs.

As per the guidelines u should met English eligibility, don't know if you not met, I think it is better to convey your employer?
Ask your college about this, they should provide English medium certificate?

the video was really helpful , but the presenter is totally not confident and does not have clear vocabulary and command over spoken English due to which the entire video although a very good attempt, was bungled and turned to an utter waste of anything informative.

Hi, I am applying for my dependant(Wife and son) at the same time as I am applying for a skilled worker visa. While filling wife and son form I have 2 questions that I am not able to understand
First is Evidence of funds in which they are asking if you(dependant) are relying on evidence of funds available for your maintenance and accommodation provided by GULFRAZ AHMED in their application. (Keeping in mind, I will not provide any funds details as it will be mentioned in my cos that the sponsor agrees to certify my maintenance). It's a YES/NO question.
2nd is Visa Evidence of the main applicant(In our case, it's me). I would not have any visa as we are applying together so what to attach here. This question is from the documents section and one needs to mark it checked before moving ahead in filling the form.
I hope you have understood my above questions, if not can we talk on skype or any medium so you can help me here? Thanks in advance
I need to check my documents for this, overall if you are coming here first time or your employer not covered, I think you need to maintain funds in your bank else you no need or staying more than one year.
Please note I am not expert, please check with solicitor?. Any how I will check with docs.
