I'm applying to switch my visa from student dependant to skilled worker (2211 - Junior Doctor). In my CoS, nothing has been mentioned about my English proficiency. But in the skilled woker swicth visa applcation, there is a question - "Does your Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) say you have passed an English language assessment?" Can I say "Yes" for this ? Under the professional organization registration details in the CoS, they have mentioned my GMC reference number.

Given name I have taken directly from passport but for Family name/ surname in passport it is empty but filling this section is mandatory Can I just add hifun "-". Also, My CoS mentions my start and end dates as 7/9/22 to 6/9/23. In my visa application, I have mentioned my intended date of travel to the UK as 25/8/22, as I had to settle in before I started working. Will that lead to any issues with my visa application?
@@MrIlya007 Hi. So basically the intended date of travel you mention is the start date of your visa and the end date of your visa will be 3 months from that date. You have to travel to the UK within those 3 months and collect your BRP which will be valid from the intended date of travel + the duration of the contract as mentioned in the CoS + 1 extra month.
Wife is applicant (uk caregiver visa) Should she mention address of her husband in the correspondence box as she has been living here for 3 years after her marriage ? Kindly let me know
My CoS mentions it's a sponsorship for Skilled Worker, but provided me with reference job code (2211) required for Health and Care Worker (HCW) alongwith the salary and job code relevant to HCW visa. So I have made an application for an HCW visa. Does the fact that my CoS mention Skilled Worker, and not HCW visa, cause a problem and probable rejection of my visa application?
