EURORACK PATCHPALS n°1 attenuator

Inspired by SYNTH DIY GUY Tutorials, I made a lot of tests, prototyping, sourced different components and I’m gonna make a bunch of EURORACK PASSIVE PATCH PALS with each time video tutorials with BOM. First one, the simple, but very useful ATTENUATOR. Enjoy !

Inspiré par les tutos de SYNTH DIY GUY, j'ai fait beaucoup de tests, de prototypes, sourcé des composants un peu différents et je vais faire une série de PASSIVE PATCH PALS pour eurorack en faisant à chaque fois un tuto vidéo DIY avec les BOM. le n°1, très simple, mais indispensable : l'ATTENUATEUR. Je peux en faire pour ceux que ça intéresse, mais l'idée est de se le faire soi-même. Alors à vos fers à souder et bonne journée !

Hi TB. It's quite simple. Put A10K for Audio or B10K for CV purposes

The taper (B for linear, A for log/audio) matters more than the value, really; you're using it as a voltage divider, so it's the internal ratio rather than the absolute value that affects the volume. I had good success with a 2.5k mini-pot that I've got rather too many of.

k9wax you are absolutely right. The values i gave are for reference, but it can be achieved with any value
